Winner Selection. Every Thursday afternoon at 5PM EST. Exergen will randomly draw 2 names from the complete list of emails submit via xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxx. Sponsor's game clock will determine whether entries have been timely received. All entries received by 5PM, Thursday will be eligible for the prizes given that week. Winners will be selected and notified on a weekly basis.
Winner Selection. The winner will be selected from a random drawing of all valid entries received prior to January 12, 2015. The Sponsor shall notify the winner via the e-mail address provided by the entrant on the entry form. The winner may be required to show identification to claim the prize.
Winner Selection. The scholarship winners will be chosen from all eligible entries by April 9, 2021. The scholarship winners will be chosen based on the submission story which is reviewed by an Independent Health panel. If a story is selected as the winner and is found to contain incomplete, false, incorrect or illegible information, it will be deemed ineligible and a new entry will be selected as the winner in its place. Determinations regarding such information shall be at the sole discretion of Independent Health, such discretion to be exercised reasonably. All determinations made by Independent Health are final.

Tricentis will select for each Awards category from the pool of finalists a winner based on—but not limited to—the following criteria: compelling nature of the business challenge, efficiency and effectiveness of continuous testing processes; demonstrated commitment to organizational alignment and collaboration; demonstrated leadership in new product or process introduction and innovation; effective use of the Tricentis Platform, customer ROI or KPIs. Winners are announced October 12-14,2021 during Tricentis Virtual Summit and online. If a nominee either cannot be contacted or the nominee does not confirm acceptance of the Awards nomination, Tricentis may select another finalist from the pool of eligible nominees. Tricentis shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notifications.
Winner Selection. On Thursday, December 1, 2022., the Organizer will select a winner from the submissions by random drawing of email address. The winner will be final and is not subject to appeal or additional review. The winner will be notified by Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx via phone and email and the Organizer will use the full name, phone number and email entered in the submission as the means of notifying the winner. Any potential winner who cannot be contacted within forty-eight (48) hours of attempted first notification may result in disqualification and forfeiture of their prizes. The Organizer is not responsible for nor shall have any liability for the winner's failure to receive notices due to security settings that may cause notifications to be marked as spam or junk inbox. Nor shall the Organizer be liable for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. Receipt of the prize (offered in the Sweepstakes) by the winner is upon the condition of compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. IF THE WINNER VIOLATES ANY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, THE WINNER (AT THE ORGANIZER’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL BE DISQUALIFIED, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
Winner Selection. One (1) selected entrant will be chosen by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period, which draw will take place on January 16, 2017 at the Bradford Topic office located at Metroland Media Group Ltd., 000X Xxxxxx Xxx., Newmarket, L3Y 6Z2. Winner Selection. Participants must complete each step listed above to be eligible for a prize. There will be a main leaderboard (the “Overall Leaderboard”) to show each Participant’s total profit and loss across all trades being made during the Program Period. There may be additional leaderboards (the “Alternate Leaderboards”), the number of which will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Participants will be automatically added to any such Alternate Leaderboards once they meet the criteria to which an Alternate Leaderboard relates. If a Participant does not meet the criteria to which an Alternate Leaderboard relates, they will not be added to the Alternate Leaderboard. Alternate Leaderboards will show each Participant’s total virtual profit and virtual loss arising from trades in the trading challenge to which the Alternate Leaderboard relates during the Program Period. The profit and loss for each participant’s virtual account will be calculated daily. Leaderboards may show rankings of top Participants, but such leaderboard is for informational purposes only, is not official, may not be accurate, is subject to revision by the Sponsor in its discretion, and should not be relied upon in any way, including with respect to the awarding of Prizes hereunder. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, remove, or amend any Leaderboard in the event of any misconduct or in the event an error is noted, in Sponsor’s reasonable discretion. When determining placement within all Leaderboards for awarding prizes, all Leaderboards will be automatically calculated and reflected in the final virtual account balance at the end of each trading competition. The prospect of winning will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to the number of eligible entrants, and the skill of the entrants at trading. For the Overall Leaderboard only: The eligible Participants whose overall simulated trading activities during the Program Period result in a total virtual profit and loss based on U.S. dollar value that aligns with a predetermined prize associated to performance ranking as outlined in the Program details for each individual trading challenge will receive the prize (subject to verification and the tie- breaking restrictions below). Winner Selection. 5.1. The winners will be drawn at random by an automated process or a process which will be conducted or supervised by an independent person from all correct and eligible entries received.
5.2. For each prize draw, a digital file will be prepared to contain all the entries that meet the requirements and/or conditions of these Terms. For example, if a User deposits and invests 1 500 euros, during a week of the campaign period, this counts as three (3) entries to that week’s prize draw.
5.3. For each prize draw, there will be two prize winners. Entrants cannot win more than one prize during the Campaign.
5.4. Each prize draw will take place on the following business day after each end of the period as described in clause 3.1.
