Winter Shift for Highways Maintenance Crews. (a) The Union and the Employer recognize that the implementation for highway maintenance winter shifts is largely dependent on winter conditions and that shifts may have to be implemented on short notice.

Winter Shift for Highways Maintenance Crews. (a) Sign up for winter shift shall be undertaken at least 45 days prior to anticipated commencement and that 15 days should be provided for any sign up and selection process which is involved.
Winter Shift for Highways Maintenance Crews. (a) It is agreed that wherever possible the negotiations of these shift schedules pursuant to Article 14.2 should be undertaken at least forty-five (45) days prior to anticipated commencement and that fifteen (15) days should be provided for any sign up and selection process which is involved. The Employer will post the winter schedule listing the Operator classifications required for each shift and sign-up will be in accordance with Clause 15.5(c).

  • System Maintenance The Trust understands that USBFS will perform periodic maintenance to the System(s), which may cause temporary service interruptions. To the extent possible, USBFS shall notify the Trust of all planned outages and will perform any necessary maintenance during non-business hours.

  • Janitorial Services or Building Maintenance Services If this Agreement is for janitorial or building maintenance services, this section is applicable. If this Agreement requires Contractor to perform Services at a new site, Contractor shall retain for sixty (60) days all employees currently employed at that site by any previous contractor that performed the same services at the site. Contractor shall provide upon request information sufficient to identify employees providing janitorial or building maintenance services at each site and to make the necessary notifications required under Labor Code section 1060 et seq.

  • Routine Maintenance (i) CRC shall be responsible for Routine Maintenance when necessary or desirable to maintain the Shared Assets in a safe operating condition, and to permit and facilitate (A) the performance by CRC of its obligations pursuant to this Agreement, and (B) the use of Shared Assets by the Operators in accordance with this Agreement.
