Work Report. ‌ (a) In the event of a natural disaster or severe weather conditions which force the closing of County Departments by the Chairman of the Board of Legislators or one of his delegates, an employee's failure to report to work will be excused and the employee shall suffer no loss of time or pay. (b) If during an employee's regular hours of work, it is found that because of a natural disaster or weather conditions it is necessary to be sent home prior to the end of their regularly scheduled shift, such employees shall suffer no loss of time or pay. (c) If County Departments are not officially closed and an employee cannot come to work because of severe weather conditions, they may charge the time off to compensatory time, accumulated personal or vacation Leave.

Work Report. 11.5.1 In the event that a public or personal transportation breakdown or severe storm makes it impossible for employees covered by this Agreement to report to work, such failure to report for work may be charged to vacation leave credits or be taken without pay.
Work Report. Describe the procedures the AMO will use to ensure that work performed in accordance with the TA-M is reported to the state of oversight on an annual basis. This report shall include the name of the customer, aircraft/ engine/component model, registration marks or serial number and the scope of the work performed. This report shall be supplied to TCCA/DAC, Brazil upon application for a reconfirmation of acceptance under the terms of the TA-M.
Work Report. The Contractor shall be responsible for its employees signing in and out each day on the Daily Sign-In Sheet for Field Labor form provided by HRA. The form shall accompany each invoice submitted for work performed. The Contractor must return to HRA this Work Report, properly filled out, indicating the date of work, name and address, location of service, service provided, sign in and out for each employee, trade, and an employee identification number. The facility director or his/her representative shall sign the Report or the HRA Project Manager at the Site, and a copy of the report shall be left with the facility director or the Project Manager.

  • Progress Reports The Recipient shall submit to the OPWC, at the OPWC's request, summary reports detailing the progress of the Project pursuant to this Agreement and any additional reports containing such information as the OPWC may reasonably require.

  • Construction Reports Each Constructing Entity shall issue reports to each other Construction Party on a monthly basis, and at such other times as reasonably requested, regarding the status of the construction and installation of the Interconnection Facilities. Each Construction Party shall promptly identify, and shall notify each other Construction Party of, any event that the Construction Party reasonably expects may delay completion, or may significantly increase the cost, of the Interconnection Facilities. Should a Construction Party report such an event, Transmission Provider shall, within fifteen days of such notification, convene a technical meeting of the Construction Parties to evaluate schedule alternatives.

  • Final Report The goal of this subtask is to prepare a comprehensive Final Report that describes the original purpose, approach, results, and conclusions of the work performed under this Agreement. The CAM will review the Final Report, which will be due at least two months before the Agreement end date. When creating the Final Report Outline and the Final Report, the Recipient must use the Style Manual provided by the CAM.

  • Condition Report The landlord and tenant are required to inspect the residential unit together at the beginning and end of the tenancy and complete a written condition report. If the landlord allows the tenant to have a pet after the start of the tenancy, an inspection report must be done on the day the tenant starts keeping a pet or on another day mutually agreed to by the landlord and tenant, unless the tenancy started on or after January 1, 2004, and a condition inspection report was completed at that time. A report may describe any damage, how clean each room is, and the general condition of the residential unit including: the floors, carpets, appliances, and paint on the walls. The report must be signed and dated by both the landlord and the tenant who made the inspection, and each should keep a copy. Change of Landlord – A new landlord has the same rights and duties as the previous one and must follow all the terms of this agreement unless the tenant and new landlord agree to other terms.
