Xxxxx of Health and Wellness Program. The Health and Wellness Committee will meet to examine costs and savings, to investigate ways to save administrative costs (including the review of other insurance networks and third party administrators) and to educate staff about insurance usages. They will also review the results based program and make recommendations for improvement. Insurance rates will be set annually by the District Health Insurance provider unless mutually agreed upon by all district recognized bargaining units, BOE and Administration Health & Wellness committee members. Should the committee mutually agree to recommend rates which are different from the District health insurance provider the committee will make such recommendation to the BOE and the District Health Insurance provider who will set the final rates.
