Xxxxxx Parent Leave. (a) From the time that the child enters their care an employee acting as the primary carer of a xxxxxx child on a long term placement will be entitled to:
(i) three weeks leave on full pay or six weeks leave on half pay if the child is younger than five;
(ii) two weeks leave on full pay or four weeks leave on half pay if the child is five and over.
Xxxxxx Parent Leave. Subject to a staff member providing appropriate documentation confirming that they are acting as the primary care giver of a xxxxxx child, the staff member will be entitled to six (6) weeks leave on half pay if the child is younger than five (5) years or three (3) weeks on half pay if the child is five (5) years or over.
Xxxxxx Parent Leave. If an ongoing employee or a fixed-term employee is the primary care giver of a xxxxxx child on long term placement, and they have completed at least 1 year’s continuous paid service with the University immediately prior to the commencement of the leave, they will be entitled to up to 6 weeks leave paid at their base rate of pay for a child younger than 5 years of age or 3 weeks for a child 5 years of age or over.
Xxxxxx Parent Leave. 23.11.1 The preceding provisions of this clause 23 do not apply to xxxxxx parent leave.
23.11.2 An Employee who is acting as the Primary Caregiver of a xxxxxx child is entitled to take the following periods of leave commencing on the date that the child enters their care:
23.11.2.1 if the child is under five years of age, six weeks’ leave at 50% of the Employee’s Full Rate of Pay;
23.11.2.2 if the child is five years of age or older, but under 16 years of age, three weeks’ leave at 50% of the Employee’s Full Rate of Pay.
Xxxxxx Parent Leave. Part-time staff members entitled to Parental Leave shall receive such entitlement on a pro- rata basis in proportion to the fraction of their employment.
Xxxxxx Parent Leave. 53.9.1. An academic staff member acting as the primary care giver of a xxxxxx child who is placed into the staff member’s family for an anticipated period in excess of 6 months will be entitled to access up to 5 days paid Xxxxxx Parent Leave from the time that the child enters his/her care.
53.9.2. Satisfactory evidence will need to be provided to confirm the xxxxxx arrangement and the intended period of placement.
Xxxxxx Parent Leave. 110.1 Subject to the provisions of this clause, an employee who has assumed long term responsibilities arising from the placement of the child by a permanent “fostering” arrangement on or after the date of commencement of this agreement:

Xxxxxx Parent Leave. An employee acting as the primary care giver of a xxxxxx child will be entitled to:
38.5.1 if the child is younger than five years of age, six weeks on half pay;
38.5.2 if the child is five years of age and over, three weeks on half pay, from the time that the child enters his/her care.
