- Xxxxxxx'x Seniority For Work. For the purpose of layoff and the day to day allocation of work within his department, the xxxxxxx shall be established on the seniority list as the second man on his shift, but he shall not use the xxxxxxx'x seniority for the purpose of vacation preference, job bids, extra highway trips as they apply to the City Department or shift changes. In a department where there is more than one xxxxxxx, the xxxxxxx with the most seniority shall be the xxxxxxx for the purpose of applying this clause.
- Xxxxxxx'x Seniority For Work. The xxxxxxx will hold only his/her own natural seniority position at all times.
- Xxxxxxx'x Seniority For Work. For the purpose of layoff and the day to day allocation of work within the department, the xxxxxxx shall enjoy his own seniority or that of the last man called in (excluding the senior man). In a department where there is more than one xxxxxxx, the xxxxxxx with the most seniority shall be the xxxxxxx for the purpose of applying this clause.
- Xxxxxxx'x Seniority For Work. For the purposes of layoff the Union Xxxxxxx shall be established as "second person" on the seniority list.
- Xxxxxxx'x Seniority For Work. For the purpose of layoff and the day-to-day allocation of work, the Xxxxxxx shall be established no less than second on the seniority list but shall not use the Xxxxxxx'x seniority for the purpose of vacation preference, job bids or shift changes. Where there is more than one (1) Xxxxxxx, the Xxxxxxx with the most seniority shall be the Xxxxxxx for the purpose of applying this clause.
