Common use of Miscellaneous Clause in Contracts

Miscellaneous. 19.1. Unless otherwise agreed, the place of performance shall be the Supplier's premises in 4614 Marchtrenk. 19.2. This contract shall be governed exclusively by Austrian law. Towards consumers, this shall only apply to the extent that the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has his habitual residence is not withdrawn. The conflict of laws rules of international private law and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) are hereby excluded. 19.5. The contractual language shall be German. Any information, Customer service and complaint handling are offered in German. 19.6. The Customer shall immediately notify the Supplier in writing in case of any changes to his or her name, company, address, legal form or other relevant information. As long as the Supplier has not been informed of another address, any deliveries and or notices shall be made to the last known address of the Customer with the effect that the Customer is deemed to have received them.
