Authorized Country means a country in which Magnet Forensics has authorized use of the VeraKey as set out in the Documentation.

Authorized Country. If a Representative wishes to cross a border to do business on the ground in a country where The Company has direct selling operations that is outside her or his Home Country (an “Authorized Country”), the Representative must ensure that she or he has the proper authorization to work or run a business in such Authorized Country. Representative must make sure to comply with all applicable laws of the Authorized Country, including but not limited to, all immigration, visa and registration requirements. Short term trips and visits for the purpose of meetings, negotiations and training may require business visitor status in such Authorized Country or even a visa in some cases, depending on the country the Representative is visiting.
