Completion Tests. 14.1.1 At least 30 (thirty) days prior to the likely completion of the Hospital or any part thereof (Phase-I and/or Phase-II and/or any Additional Capacity developed by the Concessionaire in its own discretion, as the case may be), the Concessionaire shall notify the Independent Engineer and the Monitoring Agency of its intent to subject the Hospital or any part thereof to Completion Tests. The date and time of each Test shall be determined by the Independent Engineer and the Monitoring Agency in consultation with the Concessionaire, and notified to the Authority who may designate its representative to witness the Completion Tests. For the avoidance of any doubt, the Independent Engineer and the Monitoring Agency may separately conduct the relevant Completion Tests. The Concessionaire shall provide such assistance as the Independent Engineer and the Monitoring Agency may reasonably require for conducting the Completion Tests. In the event that of the Concessionaire, the Independent Engineer and the Monitoring Agency failing to mutually agree on the dates for conducting the Completion Tests, the Concessionaire shall fix the dates by not less than 7 (seven) days' notice to the Independent Engineer and the Monitoring Agency.
14.1.2 All Completion Tests shall be conducted in accordance with Schedule 12. The Independent Engineer and the Monitoring Agency shall observe, monitor and review the results of the Completion Tests to determine compliance of the Hospital with Specifications and Standards and if it is reasonably anticipated or determined by the Independent Engineer or the Monitoring Agency, as the case may be, during the course of any Completion Test that the Hospital or any part thereof does not meet the Specifications and Standards, it shall have the right to suspend or delay such Completion Test and require the Concessionaire to remedy and rectify the defects or deficiencies. Upon completion of each Completion Test, the Independent Engineer and the Monitoring Agency shall provide to the Concessionaire and the Authority copies of all Completion Test data including detailed Completion Test results. For the avoidance of doubt, it is expressly agreed that the Independent Engineer and/or the Monitoring Agency may require the Concessionaire to carry out or cause to be carried out additional Completion Tests, in accordance with Good Industry Practice, for determining the compliance of the Hospital with Specifications and Standards.
Completion Tests. At least 30 (thirty) days prior to the likely completion of the Construction Works for Project or any Phase thereof (namely, Phase-0 and/or Phase-I and/or Phase-II and/or Phase-III and/or Optional Development), as the case may be, the Concessionaire shall notify the Independent Engineer and/or the Independent Panel, as the case may be, of its intent to subject the Project or any phase thereof to Completion Tests. The date and time of each Test shall be determined by the Independent Engineer and the Independent Panel, as the case may be, in consultation with the Concessionaire, and notified to the Authority who may designate its representative to witness the Completion Tests. The Concessionaire shall provide such assistance as the Independent Engineer and/or the Independent Panel, as the case may be, may reasonably require for conducting the Completion Tests. In the event of the Concessionaire, the Independent Engineer and/or the Independent Panel, as the case maybe, failing to mutually agree on the dates for conducting the Completion Tests, the Concessionaire shall fix the dates by not less than 7 (seven) days' notice to the Independent Engineer and/or the Independent Panel, as the case may be.
Completion Tests. On completion of installations the following tests shall be carried out:-
a) Insulation Resistance Test.
b) Polarity Test of Switch.
c) Earth Continuity Test.
d) Earth Resistance Test.
Completion Tests. Each Project Company shall permit the Controlling Party and the Independent Engineer to witness the Completion Tests in respect of its Project.
Completion Tests. In order for each of the Units to be tested to prove its ability to contribute to providing the Guaranteed Contracted Capacity at 37 (degrees) C at Site, SOMISY shall provide sufficient load from the Mine to use the power produced by the Units that have already undergone Completion Tests as well as the additional power produced by the Unit being tested. In the event that the load available is not enough, the Units shall be configured in such a way as to allow the Unit being tested to be tested as close as possible to an output of 5.5MW. The Completion Test of each Unit shall consist of a reliability run to demonstrate the ability of the Unit to generate power for 48 hours, 24 hours of which shall be consecutive, provided the Mine load is suitable for such a consecutive period. The requirement of a Unit to generate electricity for 24 hours consecutively will fall away as a condition precedent to pass the Completion Test should the Mine not be able to provide continuous load for that period. Before the Completion Test starts, appropriate tests and checks shall be conducted on the Facility related to each Unit, including:- - tests relevant to civil construction work including checks on setting out, material tests, concrete tests, alignment checks on structures, proof testing of overhead crane and the like; - hydrostatic tests on all pipework, tanks and pressure vessels; - alignment checks on all equipment; - loop checks, insulation resistance, high voltage and other routine tests on cables and electrical equipment prior to energising; - all equipment shall be subject to functional tests to demonstrate correct working and readiness for service; - electrical protection relays shall be subject to injection tests to verify settings in accordance with an agreed settings schedule; and - the Unit shall be subjected to tests to demonstrate the correct working of all controls and protection to ensure that the generating set and associated auxiliaries and common equipment are properly protected and ready for service.

Completion Tests evidence that the Completion Tests have been agreed;
Completion Tests. 14.1.1 At least 60 (sixty) days prior to the likely completion of the Hospital Building and/or the Medical College Building, as the case may be, the Concessionaire shall notify the Independent Engineer of its intent to subject the Hospital Building and/or the Medical College Building, as the case may be, to Tests. The date and time of each of the Tests shall be determined by the Independent Engineer in consultation with the Concessionaire, and notified to the Authority who may designate its representative to witness the Tests. The Concessionaire shall provide such assistance as the Independent Engineer may reasonably require for conducting the Tests. In the event of the Concessionaire and the Independent Engineer failing to mutually agree on the dates for conducting the Tests, the Concessionaire shall fix the dates by not less than 10 (ten) days notice to the Independent Engineer.
14.1.2 All Tests shall be conducted in accordance with Schedule-I. The Independent Engineer shall observe, monitor and review the results of the Tests to determine compliance of the Hospital Building and/or the Medical College Building, as the case may be, with Specifications and Standards and if it is reasonably anticipated or determined by the Independent Engineer during the course of any Test that the Hospital Building and/or the Medical College Building, as the case may be, or any part thereof does not meet the Specifications and Standards, it shall have the right to suspend or delay such Test and require the Concessionaire to remedy and rectify the defects or deficiencies. Upon completion of each Test, the Independent Engineer shall provide to the Concessionaire and the Authority copies of all Test data including detailed Test results. For the avoidance of doubt, it is expressly agreed that the Independent Engineer may require the Concessionaire to carry out or cause to be carried out additional Tests, in accordance with Good Industry Practice, for determining the compliance of the Hospital Building and/or the Medical College Building, as the case may be, with Specifications and Standards.
Completion Tests. (a) The Payor shall perform and complete one or more tests to determine whether Completion has been achieved as and when determined by it (each, a “Completion Test”), but in any event at least one such Completion Test must be completed prior to the Outside Completion Date. The Payor shall advise the Payee as soon as practical, and in any event at least 10 Business Days prior to the start of the Completion Period, as to the start date of the Completion Period in connection with any Completion Test. No Completion Period may overlap with any other Completion Period, provided however that a Completion Period once initiated may be abandoned by written notice to the Payee. The Payee shall be entitled to have representatives present during such Completion Test in accordance with Section 7.4. - 27 -
(b) If a Completion Test confirms that Completion has been achieved, then within five Business Days of the end of such Completion Test, the Payor shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Payee a certificate of a director or senior officer of the Payor (“Completion Certificate”) certifying: (i) that Completion has occurred; (ii) details evidencing the tonnes of Actual Throughput for the Completion Period and (iii) copies of the Books and Records supporting the inputs into such determination. Completion will be deemed to have occurred on the last date of the Completion Period unless the Payee delivers to the Payor within 90 days of its receipt of the Completion Certificate a written notice that it has reasonable grounds for believing Completion has not been achieved, in which case the matter shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Section 11.5.
Completion Tests. 12.1.1 At least 30 (thirty) days prior to the likely completion of the Project Milestone, as set forth in Schedule D, the Service Provider shall notify the Authority of its intent to Test the Telemedicine Equipment and/ or Telemedicine Services. The date and time of each of the Tests shall be determined by the Authority or by agencies designated by it for the purpose of carrying out/ witnessing the Tests. The Service Provider shall provide such assistance as the Authority or its designated agencies may reasonably require for conducting such Tests.
12.1.2 All Tests shall be conducted in accordance with Schedule E. Upon completion of Test, the Authority or the agencies designated by it, shall provide to the Service Provider copies of all Test data including detailed Test results. If it is reasonably anticipated or determined by the Authority/the designated agency during the course of any Test that the Telemedicine Equipment or any part thereof does not meet the Specifications and Standards, it shall have the right to suspend or delay such Test and require the Service Provider to remedy and rectify the defects or deficiencies. For the avoidance of doubt, it is expressly agreed that the Authority may require the Service Provider to carry out or cause to be carried out additional Tests, in accordance with Good Industry Practice, for determining the compliance of the Specifications and Standards.
