Key Supplier Personnel definition

Key Supplier Personnel means the Supplier Personnel filling the positions designated in Schedule 5.4 as Key Supplier Personnel.
Key Supplier Personnel means the nominated personnel as contemplated under clause 24.9 of Schedule 1 of this Agreement. Key Supplier Personnel may be identified in a CA Memorandum;
Key Supplier Personnel means the Supplier Governance Executive and such other members of the Supplier Staff designated as Key Supplier Personnel on Exhibit 13.

More Definitions of Key Supplier Personnel

Key Supplier Personnel means the Supplier Account Executive and such other members of the EDC Personnel designated by Chordiant as Key Supplier Personnel on Exhibit 6, which exhibit Chordiant may revise from time to time.
Key Supplier Personnel means the Supplier Personnel that the relevant Company designates as being critical in the provision of the relevant Services and Deliverables. Key Supplier Personnel as at the relevant Commencement Date shall include the Supplier Personnel set out in Part 19 of Schedule 3.

Key Supplier Personnel has the meaning given in Section 8.2(a)(i). “Labor Shortfall” has the meaning given in Exhibit 4-A, Section 3.4. “Laws” means all federal, state, provincial, regional, territorial and local laws, statutes, regulations, rules, executive orders, supervisory requirements, directives, circulars, opinions, interpretive letters and official releases of or by any government, or any authority, department or agency thereof or self regulatory organization (“SRO”), including Privacy Laws. The definition of Laws shall include Privacy Laws and Healthcare Laws. For purposes of this Agreement, Laws shall also include all generally accepted accounting principles (“GAAP”), as such principles may be modified during the Term by the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board or other applicable authorities. “Link” has the meaning given in Section 21.10. “Losses” means all losses, liabilities, damages (including punitive and exemplary damages), fines, penalties, interest and claims (including taxes), and all related costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and disbursements and costs of investigation, litigation, experts, settlement, judgment, interest and penalties). Losses shall not include refunds, take-backs, unpaid claims or other similar forms of losses which relate to the payment made to Supplier for Services which it provides to patients. “Lower Bound” has the meaning given in Exhibit 4-B, Section 6(b). “Major Release” means a new version of Software that includes changes to the architecture and/or adds new features and functionality in addition to the original functional characteristics of the preceding software release. These releases are usually identified by full integer changes in the numbering, such as from “7.0” to “8.0,” but may be identified by the industry as a major release without the accompanying integer change. “Malicious Code” means (i) any code, program, or sub-program whose knowing or intended purpose is to damage or maliciously interfere with the operation of the computer system containing the code,
Key Supplier Personnel means the personnel approved by SARS to fill the Key Supplier Positions. The Key Supplier Positions and Supplier Personnel approved to fill such positions as of the Effective Date are set out in Appendix E-1 (Key Supplier Positions). 1.73. Key Supplier Positions has the meaning as set out in Clause 8.2 of the Main Agreement.
Key Supplier Personnel means the “Site Lead”, the Supplier Executive Sponsor and any other individual designated as “Key Supplier Personnel” in a Supplement. Supplier shall fill the positions specified as Key Supplier Personnel in accordance with this Section 8.2. Supplier shall identify and obtain Ascension Health and Eligible Recipient’s approval of the initial Key Supplier Personnel prior to the completion of any Transition Services, or if no Transition Services are to be performed under a particular Supplement, then prior to the Commencement Date.
