Het programma "Experimentele Platforms" heeft tot doel Living Labs-projecten te financieren die in de eerste plaats tot doel hebben innovatieve producten of diensten te ontwikkelen die de Duurzame Transitie in het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest (BHG) ondersteunen, door middel van experimenten. Dit Project is gericht op het vinden van lokale duurzame oplossingen voor complexe mondiale problemen, en daarmee op het ondersteunen van BHG in diens duurzame transitie. In het kader van deze oproep tot het indienen van projecten Experimentele Platforms 2019 van het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest hebben de Partijen een onderzoeksproject voorgesteld met de naam “Brussel Sensible à l’eau Bis” “Brusseau Bis” zoals beschreven in het projectformulier dat aan het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest werd voorgelegd (hierna het “Project”) en, dankzij een subsidie die het mogelijk maakt om personeel aan te werven om het experiment van Xxxxxxxx Bis uit te voeren. Een contract met het oog op de stopzetting en/of de precisering van de voorwaarden waaronder een subsidie wordt toegekend en, in voorkomend geval, aan de begunstigden blijft voorbehouden, wordt gesloten tussen de Partijen en het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest na de aanvaarding van het Project door het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest (hierna het “BHG-contract” genoemd).
