1Remuneration. The Company agrees to pay the Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration for its services as such Warrant Agent hereunder and shall, pursuant to its obligations under this Agreement, reimburse the Warrant Agent upon demand for all expenditures that the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur in the execution of its duties hereunder.
1Remuneration. The Company shall pay the Consultant fees of US$2,500 (the “Fees”) per month (excluding the imposition of G.S.T at 13%) during the Term (as defined below), subject to increase, as may be determined by the Board or any other persons authorized by the Board to determine such compensation.
1Remuneration of the Management Company and the Trustee, brokerage and transaction costs relating to investing and disinvesting of the Deposited Property, all expenses incurred by the Trustee effecting the registration of all registerable Investments in the T rustee’s name, legal counsel fee and other related expenses as may be incurred in protecting or enhancing the interests of the Scheme or the collective interests of the Holders; Bank charges, borrowing/financial costs, audit fees; listing fee payable to a Stock Exchange including renewals; rating fee payable to an approved rating agency; Annual Fee, Formation Cost and taxes if any applicable to the Trust and any other expenses permissible under the Regulations shall be payable out of the Trust Property.
1Remuneration. The Trustees shall be entitled in each Financial Year to such remuneration for their services as Trustees as may be reasonable having regard to their duties and responsibilities. The amount shall be fixed by the determination of an independent and reputable firm of chartered accountants appointed by the Trustees.
1Remuneration. All prices and the specific terms governing the remuneration to be paid by the Contracting Authority for the services provided by the Partner are stipulated in Appendix 7. Disbursements, including travel and subsistence costs, shall only be reimbursed to the extent agreed. Travel and subsistence costs shall be specified separately, and shall be paid pursuant to the Government Travel Allowance Scale unless otherwise agreed in writing. Travel time will only be invoiced if this is agreed in Appendix 7. Unless otherwise specified in Appendix 7, all prices are quoted exclusive of Value Added Tax, but include customs duties and any other indirect taxes. All prices are in Norwegian kronor unless the Contracting Authority has agreed in Appendix 7 that the prices for components delivered from abroad may be stated in a foreign currency.
