Contracted work days include: • 1 State Professional Learning Day RCW 28A.150.415(1)(a) o As determined by the calendar committee. • 2 Parent/Student/Teacher Conference Days- Fall and Spring • 4 District Days- 3 days before the start of school and 1 day placed as per the calendar committee. *Days listed above are included in the salary schedule Additional Incentive: • 6 (six) professional learning hours from September 1-December 1 annually o Intended for collaboration and professional learning (outside regular contracted work time) as pre-approved by the building principal o Employees shall be required to submit timesheets to Payroll prior to December 10th for December compensation. o Paid at per diem rate o Continues as long as RCW 28A.150.415(1)(b) funding persists • $200.00 Professional Learning Allocation/Classroom Supplies Allocation o Additional stipend paid in the September payroll annually to be used for teacher-directed learning tied to district or building goals. o Staff shall submit the required “CPPS Attestation of Professional Learning/Classroom Supplies Allocation” form by the last day of school. o Continues as long as RCW 28A.150.415(1)(c) funding persists- this applies only to the $200 allocation.

The District will automatically adjust the work-year, salaries, and insurance benefits allocation to conform to State appropriations during each year of this contract. Regular certificated employees shall be paid in twelve (12) monthly installments. Each check shall contain one-twelfth (1/12) of the contracted salary. In the event of a mistake in payment resulting in underpayment or overpayment, the District and employee involved shall mutually determine an arrangement for correction. It will be each staff members‟ responsibility to sign the “signoff sheet” in their building‟s office. The signatory timeframes will be published via email and/or direct announcement where applicable. The day shall be used and compensated as follows: Teachers employed by the District during 2002-2003 school year, will receive per diem or no less than $200/day. Teachers newly employed in 2003-2004 school year or subsequent years will receive per diem.

  • Additional Certifications Any certificate signed by any director or officer of the Corporation and delivered to an Agent or to counsel for such Agent in connection with an offering of Notes or the sale of Notes to an Agent as principal shall be deemed a representation and warranty by the Corporation to such Agent as to the matters covered thereby on the date of such certificate and at each Representation Date subsequent thereto.

Each policy and bond together shall comply with the requirements from time to time of Fannie Mae for persons performing xxxxxcxxx for mortgage loans purchased by Fannie Mae.

  • Medical Certification (1) The University may require an employee to provide medical certification from a health care provider for FMLA leave without pay when taken for the serious health condition of the employee or the employee's family member. (2) Medical certification may be required to affirm the employee's ability to return to work and perform one or more of the essential functions of the job within the meaning of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), after being absent on FMLA leave.

  • Professional Certification The Superintendent shall at all times during the term of this Contract, and any renewal or extension thereof, hold and maintain a valid certificate required of a superintendent by the State of Texas and issued by the State Board for Educator Certification or the Texas Education Agency and any other certificates required by law.
