Additional Eligibility Criteria. Additional licenses and certificates eligible for these professional development incentives, not listed in this Article, may be reviewed and approved by the Department Head in accordance with the following criteria: - The license or certificate submitted for consideration must directly relate to the employee's current position or future lateral or promotional opportunities in accordance with the provisions of this section J. - The employee earning the license or certificate shall be subject to duties and assignments commensurate with the level of proficiency attained under the City's Professional Development Incentive Program. - After the effective date of this M.O.U., all such requests for consideration for eligibility for such license and certificate incentives shall be submitted to the Department Head for review, with final approval by the City Manager at his/her sole discretion. The City Manager's determination is not subject to appeal. The process for receiving a professional development incentive under this program shall be: - Prior to beginning any class, program, seminar or study toward a desired certificate or degree, the employee must submit a request to his/her department head for consideration and approval of bonus award. Qualifying classes, programs, seminars or study toward a desired certificate or degree shall not be denied. - If prior approval is not obtained, the class, program, seminar or study toward a desired certificate or degree shall not fall within the scope of this Professional Development Incentive Program. - Upon obtaining a copy of the certificate or degree, payment will be processed for the specified incentive. Professional development incentives shall not be granted prior to receiving a copy of the degree or certificate. - The following are not eligible for consideration under this Section: - Any driver's licenses - Certificates, licenses, or degrees required for the position the employee holds - Certificates, licenses, or degrees earned at the expense of the City including City sponsored training programs and consortium training programs except for approved tuition reimbursement pursuant to Section 8.10 (D) and (E) of the City of Hollister Personnel Rules & Regulations for Associate degrees, Bachelor's degrees, Master's degrees, and Ph.D. degrees.
Additional Eligibility Criteria. The Secretary of the Navy may impose such addi- tional criteria for the receipt of a nuclear officer bonus or nuclear officer incentive pay under this section as the Secretary determines to be appro- priate.

Additional Eligibility Criteria. Solely with respect to the Non-Recourse Facility, (i) the Eligible Contract criteria/definition shall additionally include a requirement that the related End-User has been notified of, and has acknowledged, the collateral assignment of such Contract to Lender, and (ii) Native American End-Users shall not be considered Eligible End-Users.
Additional Eligibility Criteria. In addition to any other applicable criteria set out in the Application, for the Applicant to be eligible to receive an Incentive under the Initiative:
(a) no Incentive Payment will have been previously paid to the Applicant for the same specifically-identified Prescriptive Measure(s), Performance Based Measure(s) and/or Custom Measure(s) installed, implemented or undertaken and completed at the same municipal address of the Project, whether through one or more applications;
(b) the Project will not have received any other benefit, incentive, advantage or payment offered by another IESO-funded program (including discounts from coupons under other residential electricity conservation and demand management program initiatives);
(c) all requirements of the LDC with respect to the application process will have been satisfied;
(d) the Applicant must have submitted to the LDC a Preliminary Application for pre-approval of the proposed Eligible Project that is the subject of such Preliminary Application prior to framing and purchasing, installing or otherwise undertaking and completing such Eligible Measure(s).
(e) the Applicant must have submitted the “EnerGuide Energy Efficiency Evaluation Report” or “ENERGY STAR® Qualified New Home Certificate” within six(6) months of the date of submission of the Final Application, and in any event, the Applicant must have submitted such occupancy permit on or before December 31, 2020 and such “EnerGuide Energy Efficiency Evaluation Report” or “ENERGY STAR® Qualified New Home Certificate” (Version 12.7 or later) on or before December 31, 2020;
(f) no Eligible Project may have been commenced prior to January 1, 2015;
(g) the approved Eligible Project must have been installed, implemented or undertaken and completed (i.e., fully installed, implemented or undertaken and completed and ready for service) by December 31, 2020; and
(h) the Preliminary Application must be submitted to the LDC no later than December 19, 2018, and the submitted Approved Preliminary Application of each Eligible Home Builder will have become an Approved Final Application.
Additional Eligibility Criteria. 1) The Bidder should have manufacturing facilities in India with a capacity of supplying at least one year’s requirement with minimum capacity to manufacture 25000 sets of blank plates per day.
Additional Eligibility Criteria a. Must be a business with less than or equal to 10 FTE employees, which maintain a brick and mortar location inside of Aumsville city limits.
b. Application for funds are less than or equal to $5,000.
c. Funds must be used for needs that arose out of COVID. These include issues like; loss of income because business was closed which led to being unable to pay rent or utilities, had to buy supplies and materials in order to create barriers or sanitize spaces, paid for a service to sanitize space, increased fuel costs due to switching to a delivery of service, technology costs when switched services to a digital transmission, etc.
d. Grants are awarded on a first come, first served basis until funds are gone, based on meeting the application criteria. Total relief funds available are $50,000.
Additional Eligibility Criteria. The definition of “Eligible Receivables” in Schedule I to the Receivables Sale Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the word “and” at the end of clause (xiv) thereof, replacing the period at the end of clause (xv) with “;” adding the following new clauses:
Additional Eligibility Criteria. 2.1 The following Additional Eligibility Criteria shall be deemed to be “SME Eligibility Criteria” and shall be complied with at the “Signing Date”:
(a) The relevant SME has not, during the five years period before entering into the relevant SME Loan, been the subject of a final and binding decision imposing on such SME a sanction for breach of any Slovak law prohibiting illegal employment of foreigners;
2.2 The following Additional Eligibility Criteria shall be deemed to be “SME Loan Eligibility Criteria” and shall be complied with at the “Signing Date”:
(a) if the relevant SME Loan finances an investment in an asset in accordance with paragraph
Additional Eligibility Criteria. (a) For so long as the Series 2017-One Notes remain Outstanding, in addition to the eligibility criteria set forth in the definition of “Eligible Account” in the Transfer and Servicing Agreement, an Eligible Account shall also only include consumer revolving credit card accounts which, as of the Cut-Off Date have the following characteristics:
(1) has a stated annual percentage rate not exceeding 36%;
(2) the representations and warranties of the Seller made with respect to such Account in the Receivables Purchase Agreement and the Account Owner made with respect to such Account in the Receivable Sales Agreement were true and correct when made thereunder;
(3) the Obligor of which is at least eighteen (18) years of age;
(4) the form of Credit Card Agreement relating to such Account shall be in the form of Exhibit C to the Transfer and Servicing Agreement, as amended from time to time as permitted by the Transaction Documents.
(b) For so long as the Series 2017-One Notes remain Outstanding, in addition to the eligibility criteria set forth in the definition of “Eligible Receivable” in the Transfer and Servicing Agreement, an Eligible Receivable shall also have the following characteristics:
(1) which, other than with respect to Receivables arising in the Initial Accounts, at the time of transfer to the Issuer is not a Delinquent Receivable;
(2) which (i) has been acquired by the Seller from the Account Owner pursuant to the Receivable Sales Agreement and acquired by the Transferor from the Seller pursuant to the Receivables Purchase Agreement, and (ii) has not at any time been sold, assigned, pledged or otherwise transferred by the Account Owner to any Person other than the Seller, sold, assigned, pledged or otherwise transferred by the Seller to any Person other than Transferor or sold, assigned, pledged or otherwise transferred by the Transferor to another Person and subsequently reacquired by the Transferor;
(3) which at the time of transfer to the Issuer, represents an undisputed, bona fide transaction between the Account Owner and the applicable Obligor in the ordinary course of the Account Owner’s business, and completed in accordance with the terms and provisions contained in the Credit Card Agreement related thereto;
(4) for which at the time of transfer to the Issuer, no instrument of release or waiver has been executed in connection with such Receivable, and the related Obligor has not been released from its obligations thereunder, in whole or in p...
