AFSCME Representatives. The Association will notify the Department in writing of its representative of the District Council 75, American Federation of State and County Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO. After such notice is provided and following proper introductions, the representative shall have reasonable access to the premises of the Department during all work hours to conduct Association business. Such visits are not to interfere with the normal flow of work.
AFSCME Representatives. (a) The Union may, from time to time, be represented by and communicate to the City through officers, agents or other representatives of the International Union (or its subdivisions) with which it is affiliated. The Local Union President shall certify the name, office, and business address of such representatives to the City's Human Resources Director. The City may refuse to recognize such representatives until so certified.
(b) The City agrees that Union representatives accredited by the Union shall be accorded reasonable access to City premises for the purpose of Union business, provided that such access does not interfere with the performance by City employees of their duties and further provided that such representatives shall give reasonable notice to the Human Resources Director of their intent to exercise the privileges of this section.
(c) Such Union representatives shall have the right to participate in Union/City meetings and grievance meetings above Step 1 of this contract's grievance procedure. Such Union representatives may participate in Step 1 grievance meetings upon advance request made to the City's Human Resources Director.
AFSCME Representatives. Upon proper pre-notification, bona fide representatives of the Union shall have access to the premises of the County during working hours to conduct Union business as long as County operations are not unduly interrupted.
AFSCME Representatives. 1. The Union will notify the State of the names of AFSCME Representatives and the districts represented. AFSCME Representatives are not state employees.
2. AFSCME Representatives may represent employees at Pre-deprivation meetings and will normally interface with management at Step Three of the Grievance Procedure.
AFSCME Representatives. 1. The Union will notify the Vice President responsible for Human Resources (or designee) of the names of AFSCME Representatives. AFSCME Representatives are not Wishard employees.
2. AFSCME Representatives may represent employees at grievance meetings and will normally interface with management at any step of the Grievance Procedure.
AFSCME Representatives. International representatives and Union staff representatives may be present at Labor Management meetings and at grievance hearings at the level of Step II and above.
