ALCOHOL AND DRUGS POLICY. The Customer, in meeting its obligation under the Transport and Works Xxx 0000, operates an Alcohol and Drugs Policy. It is supported by related Codes of Practice, Guidelines and readily available educational materials. A copy of the Policy Statement and code of conduct is available on request. The Supplier and its employees, agents and sub-contractors shall not: (a) report or endeavour to report for duty having just consumed alcohol or under the influence of drugs; (b) report for duty in an unfit state due to the use of alcohol or drugs; (c) be in possession of drugs or alcohol in any of the Customer’s premises; or (d) consume alcohol or drugs whilst at any time on duty. The Customer will not tolerate any departure from these rules and will take appropriate action in the event of any infringement. A program of screening has been put in place. This includes procedures to: (a) deter the use of drugs; and (b) detect the use of alcohol and drugs where abnormalities of behaviour require prompt managerial intervention (which may include a request for screening). If the Supplier, its employees agents or sub-contractors infringe the Customer’s Policy on Alcohol and Drugs the offender will not be considered for work by the Customer at the Customer’s premises at any future date.

ALCOHOL AND DRUGS POLICY. 4.4.1 The Supplier shall ensure that no directors, employees, servants, agents, or subcontractors of the Supplier shall at any time during the performance of its obligations hereunder: 4.2.1.1 attend the premises of the Customer having just consumed alcohol or be under the influence of illegal drugs; 4.2.1.2 attend the premises of the Customer in an unfit state due to the use of alcohol or illegal drugs; 4.2.1.3 be in possession of alcohol or illegal drugs; 4.2.1.4 consume alcohol or illegal drugs whilst at the premises of the Customer and/or during the performance of the Services.
ALCOHOL AND DRUGS POLICY. The subcontractor must ensure that none of its employees or representatives working on the site are in possession of drugs or alcohol, or use drugs or alcohol during the works. The subcontractor must have a written internal policy or plan as regards to drug abuse or, upon such absence, subscribe to JDN’s alcohol and drugs policy. This includes, amongst others, random tests on the use of alcohol or drugs upon any suspicion and testing of personnel that is involved in an accident or serious near-miss.
ALCOHOL AND DRUGS POLICY. 14.1 Consistent with Xxxxxx’s Fitness for Work Policy, it is the responsibility of the employee to report for work in a condition that will enable the employee to safely perform all assigned duties. 14.2 The Company may require the employees to undertake such medical tests as deemed appropriate including, without limitation, random or “for causedrug and alcohol testing. Refusal to submit to such testing may lead to termination of employment with Cimeco. 14.3 Where Cimeco has reason to believe that the employee is unfit to commence or continue work on any given day, Xxxxxx will stand the employee down without pay until satisfied that the employee is in a fit state to resume work. Employees who record a positive drug and alcohol test will be considered unfit to perform assigned duties. 14.4 If the employee does not agree with Xxxxxx as to his/her ability to perform assigned duties in a safe manner, the relevant disciplinary procedure will commence. 14.5 In addition to Cimeco’s fitness for work Policy, all employees are required to comply with all relevant Client/Site Policies. 14.6
ALCOHOL AND DRUGS POLICY. [Theatre] recognise the need to ensure that all times the staff has a highly competent workforce capable of providing the best possible customer service. The [Theatre] wishes to create and support a healthy and safe working environment, not only through its obligations to comply with the Health and Safety at Work Xxx 0000, but also through a supportive and rehabilitative approach towards alcohol, drugs and substance abuse problems.

Related to ALCOHOL AND DRUGS POLICY

  • Alcohol and Drugs Service Provider agrees that the presence of alcohol and drugs are prohibited on the Work Site and while performing their Services. If the Service Provider or any of their agents, employees, or subcontractors are determined to be present or with alcohol or drugs in their possession, this Agreement shall terminate immediately.

  • Alcohol and Drug Testing Employee agrees to comply with and submit to any Company program or policy for testing for alcohol abuse or use of drugs and, in the absence of such a program or policy, to submit to such testing as may be required by Company and administered in accordance with applicable law and regulations.

  • Alcohol and Drug-Free Workplace City reserves the right to deny access to, or require Contractor to remove from, City facilities personnel of any Contractor or subcontractor who City has reasonable grounds to believe has engaged in alcohol abuse or illegal drug activity which in any way impairs City's ability to maintain safe work facilities or to protect the health and well-being of City employees and the general public. City shall have the right of final approval for the entry or re-entry of any such person previously denied access to, or removed from, City facilities. Illegal drug activity means possessing, furnishing, selling, offering, purchasing, using or being under the influence of illegal drugs or other controlled substances for which the individual lacks a valid prescription. Alcohol abuse means possessing, furnishing, selling, offering, or using alcoholic beverages, or being under the influence of alcohol.

  • Drug and Alcohol Policy 67.1 The Parties agree to apply the Drug and Alcohol Management Program (as amended from time to time) contained in Appendix G. 67.2 The Employer may refer an Employee affected by drugs or alcohol to the services provided by Incolink.

  • Alcohol Policy Where contractually bound, the employer will apply the Drug and Alcohol Management Program (DAMP) as contained at Appendix M.

  • DRUG AND ALCOHOL FREE WORKPLACE 20.1 All employees must report to work in a condition fit to perform their assigned duties unimpaired by alcohol or drugs.

  • Anti-Money Laundering and Red Flag Identity Theft Prevention Programs The Trust acknowledges that it has had an opportunity to review, consider and comment upon the written procedures provided by USBFS describing various tools used by USBFS which are designed to promote the detection and reporting of potential money laundering activity and identity theft by monitoring certain aspects of shareholder activity as well as written procedures for verifying a customer’s identity (collectively, the “Procedures”). Further, the Trust and USBFS have each determined that the Procedures, as part of the Trust’s overall Anti-Money Laundering Program and Red Flag Identity Theft Prevention Program, are reasonably designed to: (i) prevent each Fund from being used for money laundering or the financing of terrorist activities; (ii) prevent identity theft; and (iii) achieve compliance with the applicable provisions of the Bank Secrecy Act, Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act of 2003 and the USA Patriot Act of 2001 and the implementing regulations thereunder. Based on this determination, the Trust hereby instructs and directs USBFS to implement the Procedures on the Trust’s behalf, as such may be amended or revised from time to time. It is contemplated that these Procedures will be amended from time to time by the parties as additional regulations are adopted and/or regulatory guidance is provided relating to the Trust’s anti-money laundering and identity theft responsibilities. USBFS agrees to provide to the Trust: (a) Prompt written notification of any transaction or combination of transactions that USBFS believes, based on the Procedures, evidence money laundering or identity theft activities in connection with the Trust or any Fund shareholder; (b) Prompt written notification of any customer(s) that USBFS reasonably believes, based upon the Procedures, to be engaged in money laundering or identity theft activities, provided that the Trust agrees not to communicate this information to the customer; (c) Any reports received by USBFS from any government agency or applicable industry self-regulatory organization pertaining to USBFS’ Anti-Money Laundering Program or the Red Flag Identity Theft Prevention Program on behalf of the Trust; (d) Prompt written notification of any action taken in response to anti-money laundering violations or identity theft activity as described in (a), (b) or (c) immediately above; and (e) Certified annual and quarterly reports of its monitoring and customer identification activities pursuant to the Procedures on behalf of the Trust. The Trust hereby directs, and USBFS acknowledges, that USBFS shall (i) permit federal regulators access to such information and records maintained by USBFS and relating to USBFS’ implementation of the Procedures, on behalf of the Trust, as they may request, and (ii) permit such federal regulators to inspect USBFS’ implementation of the Procedures on behalf of the Trust.

  • DRUGS & ALCOHOL Any incidents concerning drugs and/or alcohol shall be dealt with in accordance with the policy of the Building Industry Group Drug and Alcohol Safety and Rehabilitation Program as detailed in Appendix D of this Agreement.
