Allocation of Vacation. It is expressly understood that the final allocation of vacation is reserved exclusively by the Company in order to preserve the orderly operation of the plant. The vacation to which each employee is entitled must be taken between his anniversary dates.

Allocation of Vacation. Within a team-based environment, teams shall manage their vacation in order to ensure the committed schedule is adhered to and delivery dates are always met. The teams will ensure this obligation is met in all decisions to be made relating to vacation.
Allocation of Vacation. Vacations for employees shall be taken at such time as mutually agreed upon by the Committee and the Company when quantity and regularity of production will not be impaired. The third, fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh weeks of vacation may be taken when convenient for the Company and the employee, but does not have to be consecutive with the vacation period provided for in Section 2.

  • Annual Vacation Employee shall be entitled to twenty (20) business days of paid vacation during each year of this Agreement. Employee may be absent from his employment for vacation at such times as are pre-approved by the Employer’s Chief Executive Officer. Unused vacation shall not be carried over into the next year, and will not be paid in the form of cash.

  • Paid Vacation Except as otherwise provided in this Article, paid vacation shall be granted no longer than the fiscal year immediately following the fiscal year in which it is earned.

  • Vacation and Sick Leave At such reasonable times as the Board of Directors shall in its discretion permit, the Employee shall be entitled, without loss of pay, to absent himself voluntarily from the performance of his employment under this Agreement, with all such voluntary absences to count as vacation time; provided that:

  • Vacation During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation in accordance with the most favorable plans, policies, programs and practices of the Company and its affiliated companies as in effect for the Executive at any time during the 120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, as in effect generally at any time thereafter with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.

  • Vacation; Leave A part-time employee shall earn vacation leave credits for each month in which the employee receives pay for at least twice the number of hours in the employee’s normal workweek, at the rate for years of service established in clause 34.02 of this Agreement, prorated and calculated as follows:

  • Vacation; Sick Leave During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to not less than four (4) weeks of vacation during each calendar year and sick leave in accordance with the Company’s policies and practices with respect to its executives.
