Extensive freedom to initiate changes to policy, procedures and practices is encouraged and will be undertaken with the approval of the Executive Manager People & Governance. • The degree of power and freedom to act. AND EXTENT OF AUTHORITY. This position is authorised to manage the Programs under the Coordinator’s control and their resources within the bounds of the annual budget and relevant Council policy and in particular: • May commit expenditure as appropriate within the Programs and express delegations which the position coordinates. • Is accountable for the attainment of budget targets both in terms of outputs and financial constraints, including relevant funding and service agreements. • Assist with carrying out annual Employee Performance Reviews, make recommendation on remuneration and development of staff and deal with other staff management issues for those staff under the Coordinator’s supervision and in accordance with Council policies. • Is accountable for the overall conduct and performance of staff in Coordinator’s control in relation to the attainment of Council’s Corporate objectives and the implementations of Council’s policies. • Is authorised to carry out assessment and make recommendation on appropriate appointments to staff positions under the Coordinator’s supervision.

  • Representation of Authority Each individual executing this Agreement on behalf of a party hereto hereby represents and warrants that he or she is, on the date he or she signs this Agreement, duly authorized by all necessary and appropriate action to execute this Agreement on behalf of such party and does so with full legal authority.

  • Limitation of Authority No person is authorized to make any representations concerning the Funds or the Shares except those contained in the Prospectus of each Fund and in such printed information as the Distributor may subsequently prepare.
