Annual Leave Teachers. The NES provide that an employee (other than a shift worker) is entitled to four weeks annual leave. This leave will be deemed to be taken, in the case of an employee whose employment with the employer is continuing into the next school year, in the four weeks immediately following the final term week of the current school year, unless otherwise agreed between the employer and the employee.
