ANTI-DISCRIMINATION AND EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY. The parties to this Agreement agree that:
(a) it is their intention to respect and value the diversity of the work force by helping to prevent and eliminate discrimination at their enterprise on the basis of race, colour, sex, sexual preference, age, physical or mental disability, marital status, family responsibilities, pregnancy, religion, political opinion, national extraction or social origin; and
(b) any dispute concerning (a) above will be progressed initially under the dispute resolution procedure in this Agreement; and
(c) nothing in these provisions allows any treatment that would otherwise be prohibited by anti-discrimination provisions in applicable Commonwealth, State or Territory legislation; and
(d) nothing in these provisions prohibits any discriminatory conduct (or conduct having a discriminatory effect) that is based on the inherent requirements of a particular position
ANTI-DISCRIMINATION AND EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY. 11.1. The parties to this Agreement agree that:
a) it is their intention to respect and value the diversity of the workforce by helping to prevent and eliminate discrimination at Warrigal on the basis of race, colour, sex, sexual preference, age, physical or mental disability, marital status, family responsibilities, pregnancy, religion, political opinion, national extraction or social origin; and
b) any dispute concerning these provisions and their operation will be progressed initially under the dispute resolution procedure in this Agreement; and
c) nothing in these provisions allows any treatment that would otherwise be prohibited by anti-discrimination provisions in applicable Commonwealth, State or Territory legislation; and
d) nothing in these provisions prohibits:
i) any discriminatory conduct (or conduct having a discriminatory effect) that is based on the inherent requirements of a particular position; or
ii) any discriminatory conduct (or conduct having a discriminatory effect) if: • the employee is a member of staff of an institution that is conducted in accordance with the doctrines, tenets, beliefs or teachings of a particular religion or creed; and • the conduct was in good faith to avoid injury to the religious susceptibilities of that religion or creed.
iii) any discriminatory conduct (or conduct having a discriminatory effect) that is specifically exempted from the provisions of any applicable Commonwealth, State or Territory anti-discrimination legislation
ANTI-DISCRIMINATION AND EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY. The parties to this Agreement agree that:
(a) it is their intention to achieve the principal object in sub-section 3(m) of the Act, which is to respect and value the diversity of the work force by helping to prevent and eliminate discrimination at their enterprise on the basis of race, colour, sex, sexual preference, age, physical or mental disability, marital status, family responsibilities, pregnancy, religion, political opinion, national extraction or social origin; and
(b) any dispute concerning these provisions and their operation will be progressed initially under the dispute resolution procedure in this Agreement; and
(c) nothing in these provisions allows any treatment that would otherwise be prohibited by anti-discrimination provisions in applicable Commonwealth, State or Territory legislation; and
(d) nothing in these provisions prohibits:
(i) any discriminatory conduct (or conduct having a discriminatory effect) that is based on the inherent requirements of a particular position; or
(ii) any discriminatory conduct (or conduct having a discriminatory effect) if:

ANTI-DISCRIMINATION AND EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY. The employee agrees that they will conduct themselves in a manner consistent with their obligations under the State and Commonwealth Anti-Discrimination and Equal Employment Opportunity legislation applicable to the State or Territory in which they are employed at the relevant time. The employee acknowledges that they bear the responsibility for being aware of the provisions of the relevant State or Commonwealth Legislation and agree to indemnify Red Rock should their conduct result in any cost to Red Rock.
ANTI-DISCRIMINATION AND EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY. 7.1 It is the intention of the parties to this Agreement to achieve the principal object of section 3(m) of the Act which is to provide a framework for co-operative workplace relations by respecting and valuing the diversity of the work force by helping to prevent and eliminate discrimination on the basis of: • race • colour • sex • sexual preferences • age • physical or mental disability • family responsibilities • pregnancy • religion • political opinion • national extraction • social origin • marital status • any other ground designated as unlawful discrimination under the relevant legislation
7.2 Accordingly, in fulfilling their obligations under clause 15, Dispute Settlement Procedure, Xx.Xxxxxx and any nominated employee representatives (which may include the FSU) must make every endeavour to ensure that neither the Agreement provisions nor their operation are directly or indirectly discriminatory in their effects.
7.3 Nothing in this Provision is to be taken to effect:
(a) any different treatment (or treatment having different effects) which is specifically exempted under the Commonwealth anti-discrimination legislation;
(b) an employee, or employer or registered organisation, pursuing matters of discrimination in any State or Federal jurisdiction, including by application to the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission;
(c) the exemptions in Regulation 8.6(2) of the Act.
7.4 No employee will suffer any form of disadvantage or discrimination because they exercised any rights contained in or participated in any part of the processes set out in this Agreement.
ANTI-DISCRIMINATION AND EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY. 23.1 The parties agree that the Employer in all its operation respects the worth of the individual and values diversity, tolerance and flexibility. The objectives of the Employer's Anti- Discrimination and Equal Employment Opportunity policies are to:
(a) create a safe and productive environment in which Employees are free from harassment, discrimination and bullying and are treated with dignity and respect;
(b) increase or maintain the representation of diverse groups within all levels and functions of the Employer on the basis of competition by merit;
(c) implement training and awareness-raising strategies to ensure that all Employees know their rights and responsibilities;
(d) treat all complaints in a sensitive, fair, timely, and confidential manner;
(e) support Employees who report behaviour which breaches these principles; and
(f) promote appropriate standards of conduct at all times.
23.2 In accordance with the applicable legislation as in force from time to time, the Employer will not engage in, or tolerate unlawful workplace discrimination, on the basis of race, colour, sex, sexual orientation, age, physical or mental disability, marital status, family or carer’s responsibilities, pregnancy, religion, political opinion, national extraction, or social origin.
23.3 The Employer is committed to achieving the outcomes of equal opportunity for women in the applicable legislation.
ANTI-DISCRIMINATION AND EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY. The Sub-Recipient agrees that in the employment of labor, skilled or unskilled, under this contract, there shall be no discrimination exercised against any person because of race, religion, national origin, sex, ancestry, age, disability, sexual orientation, or veteran status, and that violation thereof shall be deemed a material breach of said contract. The Sub-Recipient shall comply with E.O. 11246, "Equal Employment Opportunity," as amended by E.O. 11375, "Amending Executive Order 11246 Relating to Equal Employment Opportunity," and as supplemented by regulations at 41 CFR part 60, "Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, Equal Employment Opportunity, Department of Labor." The Sub-Recipient shall comply with the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, 42 U.S.C. 6101 et seq., which prohibits discrimination on the basis of age in any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance, and as supplemented by regulations codified at 45 CFR part 91 The Sub-Recipient shall comply with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, 20 U.S.C. 1681, 1682, 1683, 1685, and 1686, which provides that no person in the United States will, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any educational program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance, and as supplemented by regulations codified at 45 CFR part 86.
ANTI-DISCRIMINATION AND EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY. 3.1 It is the intention of the parties to this Agreement to achieve the principle object in the NSW Industrial Relations Act 1996 through respecting and valuing the diversity of the work force by helping to prevent and eliminate discrimination on the basis of race, colour, sex, sexual preference, age, physical or mental disability, marital status, family responsibilities, pregnancy, religion, political opinion, national extraction or social origin.
3.2 Accordingly, in fulfilling their obligations under the disputes settling procedure clause, the parties must make every endeavour to ensure that neither the Agreement provisions nor their operation are directly or indirectly discriminatory.

9.4.3 Employees commit to respecting the value and diversity of our workplace by helping to prevent and eliminate discrimination, harassment, bullying and victimisation. Employees, supervisors and managers may be held, individually or collectively, legally liable for their acts of discrimination, harassment, bullying or victimisation.
