The Sub-Recipient shall comply with the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, 42 U.S.C. 6101 et seq., which prohibits discrimination on the basis of age in any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance, and as supplemented by regulations codified at 45 CFR part 91 The Sub-Recipient shall comply with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, 20 U.S.C. 1681, 1682, 1683, 1685, and 1686, which provides that no person in the United States will, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any educational program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance, and as supplemented by regulations codified at 45 CFR part 86.
