Application Eligibility. Only students who are actively enrolled or fully/conditionally accepted into the University may apply for residence. Should an applicant’s status with the University change to inactive, denied, or revoked while they are applying for residence, their application will be cancelled, in which case their application fee, being non-refundable and non-transferable, shall be forfeited to the University. The Graduate and Medical Housing application opens on May 8, 2023.

Application Eligibility. 3.1. In order to subscribe to the Services, the Customer must comply with the eligibility requirements set out below: 3.1.1. 18 years of age; 3.1.2. Has the legal capacity to enter into this contract 3.1.3. Has Singpass to perform the registration 3.2. The Customer warrants that the information provided to SIMBA is true and correct in all material respects and acknowledges that SIMBA will rely on the provided information. 3.3. By June 15, 2017 $50 administrative fee, $350 refund of application fee. Between June 15, 2017 and August 5, 2017 If the applicant received an offer of accommodation for residence - $400 administrative fee, $0 refund of application fee. if the applicant is assigned to the waiting list - $50 administrative fee, $350 refund of application fee. After August 5, 2017 $400 administrative fee + financial responsibility for the space in residence as outlined in section 6.0

The Graduate and Medical Housing application opens on May 13, 2024. The Graduate and Medical Housing deadline to apply for current tenants is May 27, 2024, and for new tenants is June 14, 2024. Any applications received after June 14, 2024 will be automatically placed on the waiting list as per Section 2.2

Payment for authorized educational/professional development will be made as soon as possible after the committee receives and verifies successful completion of course work or equivalent study. If a conflict of interest with a committee member occurs, the committee member shall not be allowed to participate in the approval of their application.
