Bereavement Leave During Vacation. If an employee is on vacation at the time of bereavement, the employee shall be granted bereavement leave and shall have the number of days of bereavement leave added to her vacation entitlement.

Bereavement Leave During Vacation. Where an employee’s scheduled vacation is interrupted due to a bereavement situation, the employee shall be entitled to substitute bereavement leave as per Article 16.03.

Bereavement Leave During Vacation. When an employee qualifies for bereavement leave during a period of vacation, there shall be no deduction from vacation credits for such absence. Any employee who is absent on sick leave (with or without pay) or who is absent on Workers' Compensation shall not be entitled to bereavement leave.

Bereavement Leave During Vacation. When an employee is entitled to paid bereavement leave during period of vacation, an equivalent number of days may be taken as rescheduled vacation days at a later date to be agreed upon between the Employer and the employee.

Bereavement Leave During Vacation. During an Employee's vacation, if there is a bereavement for which an Employee is entitled to bereavement leave under Article 15.07, the Employee shall, upon request and proper notification to the Employer, be considered to be on bereavement leave. The period of vacation so displaced shall be rescheduled in accordance with Article 16.05.

Bereavement Leave During Vacation. An employee qualifying for bereavement leave during leave for annual vacation shall be entitled to defer vacation entitlement equal to the entitled bereavement leave and which shall be taken at such time as may be mutually agreed between the employee and the Employer.

Bereavement Leave During Vacation. Should an employee qualify for bereavement leave during an approved scheduled vacation, the Employer shall credit the vacation bank for the amount of the bereavement as outlined in sections (a) and (b) of this clause.
