Boat. During the Period of Employment, the Company at its cost shall provide Executive a boat of a quality consistent with the Company’s practices and made available to other executives of the Company (of a kind and cost to be approved by the Board) that will be owned by the Company. Insurance will be maintained and paid by the Company. Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement for the cost of all maintenance costs associated with Executive’s use of the boat. Executive will be responsible for all fuel costs associated with Executive’s use of the boat. Executive may use such boat for business and personal purposes.
Boat. Club Member agrees to maintain continuous insurability during the full period of this agreement and agrees to immediately notify SBC if there is any reason his insurability status may be compromised.
Boat. Club Members shall keep the boat club vessels in a safe and seaworthy condition while operating the vessels. It is important Boat Club Members treat the boat and equipment as if it were their own assuring all members an enjoyable experience.
Boat. Club Members shall not operate or permit the operation of the boat club vessels outside the Operational Area (within Lake Washington, Lake Union, the Lake Washington Ship Canal and the Puget Sound within 15 nautical miles of the Shilshole Bay Marina) or in excess of the established speed limit and shall not violate other safety rules established by SBC or the City of Seattle, U.S. Coast Guard, State of Washington or any other jurisdictional authority. Boat Club Members shall at all times comply with all marine rules of the road, safety requirements, and all other applicable laws governing operation of a boat.
Boat a. Boats must comply with all current bye-law legislation in relation to construction and equipment.
b. Engines must be fitted with a drip tray. Engines must be maintained so as to minimise the likelihood of fuel or oil leaks into bilges.
c. Boats must be fitted with functioning waste water holding tank to store black water discharge from on board toilets. • Boats must have a manually operated bilge pump fitted and have a bilge high level warning. • Boats must have appropriate certification for gas and electrical fits. • Boats must be capable of moving under their own steam and be capable of navigation in the canal network. • Boats must be maintained in good order, and be clean and sea worthy, decks should be kept neat and tidy. Boats should be well painted and rust free. Timber work should be kept well varnished. • Prior approval from the Dock Superintendent is required for all minor repairs and maintenance to be carried out at the Mooring. All other works must be carried out away from the mooring area. No works shall be permitted between the hours of 20:00hrs and 08:00hrs. • Spray painting, grinding, hot metal work are not permitted in an extended mooring area. • A boats length includes all overhangs such as bowspits, swim platforms, davits with or without dingy or transom mounted outboards in the up position. • A minimum of a metre must separate boats moored on the end section of the jetty without fingers. • Any plants and flowers on the boat should be well maintained. • The area surrounding the boat should be kept clean and tidy.
Boat. The MARINA, at its sole discretion, will accept only those Vessels that are in a safe, maintained, and workable condition, and only those Vessels equipped with a built-in marine type battery disconnect switch(s). MARINA does not accept the Boat for bailment, and shall not be liable or responsible in any manner for the Boat's safekeeping or the condition of the Boat's tackle, fixtures, equipment and/or furnishings. OWNER warrants that OWNER will, at OWNER's expense, maintain the Boat in a clean, seaworthy, sanitary, and fully operational condition at all times, and that the Boat will be regularly repaired and maintained. Exhibit “D” notes the condition of the vessel upon arrival into Dry Storage. The OWNER agrees to continually maintain the Vessel in a safe and workable condition acceptable to the MARINA. The XXXXXX xxx terminate this lease immediately and remove the OWNER’S Vessel at the OWNER’S sole risk and expense if the MARINA, in its sole discretion, determines that the Vessel does not meet the above criteria. A “condition” survey of the boat shall be undertaken as shown on Exhibit “D.” It is understood and agreed that at the sole discretion of the MARINA, the operation of MARINA equipment used in the launching or retrieving of vessels will be allowed only during those times and only under those conditions that meet minimum safety requirements, equipment operation guidelines and are reasonable when considered and balanced with the other customer demands of the MARINA’S business.
Boat. A boat includes horns, lights, mooring cleats, masts, sails, spars, fittings, and all permanently attached equipment. This also includes tenders, dinghies, launches, and their motors which are carried aboard the described boat, while they are afloat, or underway under their own power. If the described boat is an inboard or inboard/outboard, coverage also includes motors, drive shafts, propellers, and rudders, but this does not include outboard motors.
Boat. Repairs Xxxxxx agrees that no repairs or improvements shall be made to Xxxxxx’s boat at marina other than minor repairs and improvements performed by Xxxxxx, personally, unless Xxxxxx obtains consent of both Lessor and Xxxxxxx Landing Leasing Group.
Boat. If in the judgment of the Lessor or Harbormaster of Xxxxxxx Landing, the size of the vessel including its tender, does not fit comfortably in its existing slip, the Lessee agrees to move his/her boat to a more suitable slip which may or may not incur an additional rental charge. Final judgement of possible conflicts of description of vessel will be made by Board of Directors of Xxxxxxx Landing. No sub-letting of dock space is permitted. No boat shall be allowed to be moored before the balance owed is paid in full and a completed Check-in form is on file.
Boat. On or about the Effective Date, the Company shall confer to ---- Executive title to a Yamaha Exciter 220 HP personal ski boat.
