Call Off Pay. If an assignment that is outside school hours is cancelled before noon on the day of the activity, full time Sign Language Interpreters shall be paid for one-half (1/2) of the assignment’s scheduled time. If such an assignment is cancelled after noon on the day of the activity, payment shall be for the entire scheduled time for the assignment.

Call Off Pay. If the Employer is unable, for one (1) hour or more, to replace an employee who calls off, the employee(s) who work the shift shall receive call-off pay. Call-off pay shall be $7.75 per hour worked and shall be divided equally among the employees who worked the shift at the affected worksite. The following criteria shall apply to call-off pay:

  • RECALL FROM LAY-OFF Laid off employees shall be recalled in order of seniority provided they possess the requisite qualifications, skill and ability to perform the work available.
