Voluntary Time off Program The mandatory furlough provisions of Civil Service Commission Rule 120 shall not apply to covered employees.
INVOLUNTARY TRANSFERS AND REASSIGNMENTS A. Notice of an involuntary transfer or reassignment shall be given to each teacher involved as soon as possible, and except in cases of emergency, not later than June 15th.
VOLUNTARY TRANSFERS AND REASSIGNMENTS 1. No later than May 1st of each school year, the Superintendent shall deliver to the Association and post in all school buildings a list of the known vacancies which shall occur during the following school year. Supplemental lists shall be posted by June 1st and as new vacancies occur.
Call Back From Vacation (a) Employees who have commenced their annual vacation shall not be called back to work, except in cases of extreme emergency.
Special Pay Special payment, including standby, overtime, premium, and other special payments, shall be calculated in accordance with the applicable provisions of this Agreement.
Recall from Vacation The Employer will make every reasonable effort not to recall an Employee to duty after she has proceeded on vacation leave or to cancel vacation once it has been approved.
DEDUCTIONS FROM PAY 24.01 The Employer shall continue to make necessary or approved deductions from an employee's pay for fringe benefits, taxes and other customary purposes and provide the employee with a statement of such deductions with each pay cheque.
Special Payments Any payroll adjustment due an employee in the bargaining unit as a result of working out of class, re-computation of hours, or other reasons other than procedural errors shall be made and a supplemental check issued not later than fifteen (15) working days following notice to the payroll department.
Special Payment If (1) you submit a Claim Notice in accordance with Paragraph B above on your own behalf (and not on behalf of any other party); (2) we refuse to provide you with the relief you request; and (3) an arbitrator subsequently determines that you were entitled to such relief (or greater relief), the arbitrator shall award you at least $5,100 (plus any fees and costs to which you are entitled).
RECALL FROM LAY-OFF Laid off employees shall be recalled in order of seniority provided they possess the requisite qualifications, skill and ability to perform the work available.
