Confirmed allegations of misconduct may, at any time, result in application of the sanctions specified in Section 4.2. You agree to adhere to such rules and agree not to engage in any action to subvert, or attempt to subvert, the examination process (“misconduct”) including but not limited to: • Disseminating actual exam content in whole or in part by any means, including, but not limited to, web postings, formal or informal test preparation or discussion groups, chat rooms, reconstruction through memorization, study guides, or any other method as well as providing exam content to any person or persons who Cisco reasonably believes intends to or subsequently pursues Certification (including but not limited to a Cisco employee who is not part of Program staff). • Seeking and/or obtaining unauthorized access to examination materials. • Using falsified or altered certificates, score reports, or other documents or electronic media to misrepresent Certification status. • Except as authorized by the Testing Delivery Partners or Cisco, possession in the testing area of any materials or equipment including but not limited to cellular phones, hand-held computers/personal digital assistants (PDAs), laptop computers, pagers or other electronic devices, watches, wallets, backpacks, briefcases, purses, hats, car keys, bags, vests, coats, books, notes, paper or documents and any writing materials. • Providing falsified information, documentation or statements as a means of a false identity, false address or solicitation of someone to take a test on another's behalf. • Intentionally causing a disturbance of any kind in a testing facility. • Removing or attempting to remove exam material (in any format) from the testing area. • Tampering with the operation of the testing facility computer or attempting to use it for any function other than taking a Cisco certification examination. • Violating the Cisco exam retake policy described on the Certification Exam Policies page located at: xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/go/exampolicy/ • Giving, receiving, or obtaining unauthorized assistance during the examination or attempting to do so. • Making notes of any kind while in the secure areas of the test center except on the writing materials provided at the test center for this purpose. • Failing to adhere to any Cisco or Test Delivery Partner’s policy, proced...
Candidate Conduct Policy. To maintain the value of the Certifications and ensure that only qualified individuals are certified, You agree to comply with the following: a. You will only provide truthful information about Your identity, demographics, and corresponding documentation as requested. You will not impersonate another person or misrepresent Yourself in any manner, or share any credentials provided to You upon registration. b. You will comply with all testing regulations required by an Exam Administrator. c. You will only take the Exam by Yourself, using only the permitted materials. You may not receive assistance from another person, allow another person to take an Exam on Your behalf, plagiarize any Exam answers, or use any other materials, including unauthorized publications of Exam answers. d. Any credentials provided to You for Exam access must be kept confidential and may not be shared with any other person. You may not use another individual’s credentials to access the Exam. e. You will not circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, the Exam re-take policy by registering under a different name or email address or bypassing any authorization or initialization systems. f. Any Exam vouchers provided by Alteryx are non-transferable. You will not allow any other person to use any Exam vouchers provided to You by Alteryx and You will not use any Exam vouchers not provided to You by Alteryx. g. You will access and use the Exam and Exam Content solely for purposes of completing the Exam to become Alteryx Certified. You will not access or use the Exam or Exam Content for any other purpose and You will keep the Exam and Exam Content strictly confidential. Further, You will not copy, distribute, disclose, display, export, publish, sell, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, translate, or create derivative works of any Exam or Exam Content in any form (whether oral, written, or digital). h. You will not forge any Certification Designations or Logos, Exam scores, or any Program or other Exam records. i. You will not engage in any other conduct that compromises the integrity, security, or confidentiality of the Exam or Program and You will uphold the highest standards of professional conduct as it relates to Your participation in the Program and the Exam. Any violation of the above may result in revocation of any existing certifications and/or prohibition on participating in future certification exams and programs.

Candidate Conduct Policy. Esri has established rules to minimize whatever unfair advantage might be gained by candidate misconduct in the examination process. Confirmed allegations of misconduct may, at any time, result in application of the sanctions specified in Section 4.2. You agree to adhere to such rules and agree not to engage in any action to subvert, or attempt to subvert, the examination process. Testing center proctors are authorized to take immediate and appropriate measures against examinees that are caught violating testing rules. Examples of misconduct and/or misuse of the exam include, but are not limited to, the following:  Providing or accepting unauthorized assistance (including sharing exam questions with other candidates or Esri certified individuals)  Using unauthorized materials in an attempt to gain certification (this includes gaining access to materials on social networking sites, forums or brain dump sites)  Possessing or using any unauthorized items at the testing center during an exam (this can include recording devices, notes, or photographic devices)  Altering any exam scores and/or score reports  Impersonating another individual to gain access to the exam or retaining others to take an exam on your behalf  Copying or reproducing any exam materials through any means including, but not limited to, memorization or use of photographic devices  Creation of derivative works Additional Esri exam conduct policies are contained in the Esri Technical Certification Program Agreement.

  • User Conduct You agree not to use Mobile Banking or the content or information delivered through Mobile Banking in any way that would: (a) infringe any third-party copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of privacy, including any rights in the Software; (b) be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items, including, but not limited to, use of Mobile Banking to impersonate another person or entity; (c) violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising); (d) be false, misleading or inaccurate; (e) create liability for us or our affiliates or service providers, or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of any of our service providers; (f) be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing; (g) potentially be perceived as illegal, offensive or objectionable; (h) interfere with or disrupt computer networks connected to Mobile Banking; (i) interfere with or disrupt the use of Mobile Banking by any other user; or (j) use Mobile Banking in such a manner as to gain unauthorized entry or access to the computer systems of others.

  • Harassment Policy It is the policy of CUPE as an Employer to ensure that the working environment is conducive to the performance of work and is such that employees are not hindered from carrying out their responsibilities. The Employer considers harassment in the work force to be a totally unacceptable form of intimidation and will not tolerate its occurrence. The Employer will ensure that victims of harassment are able to register complaints without reprisal. Harassment is a form of discrimination and includes personal harassment. Harassment shall be defined as any improper behaviour by a person which is offensive to any employee and which that person knows or ought reasonably to have known would be inappropriate or unwelcome.   • Supplier Code of Conduct At all times during the term of this Agreement, Seller will comply with the Apple Supplier Code of Conduct ("Code of Conduct"), as amended by Apple from time-to-time, available from Apple’s public website at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/supplier-responsibility/.
