Career Development Committee. The District and the Union shall form a joint committee of equal representation to meet periodically to investigate the establishment of a possible career development program for employees who wish to become credentialed teachers in the District. Employees who have rendered satisfactory service to the District and who acquire a valid California teaching credential authorizing service to the District shall be given priority consideration for filling vacancies in said service areas.

Career Development Committee. The Committee shall be comprised of a minimum of three (3) members appointed by the Union. The School District is invited to appoint a liaison person to the Committee who will be a voting member.

  • Professional Development Committee There shall be a Professional Development Committee composed of at least two (2) representatives of the Association and an equal number of representatives from the Hospital. Each party may have alternates to replace a member from time to time.
