Change of Services. (a) The Company and the Manager shall have the right at any time during the term of this Agreement to change the Services provided by the Manager and such changes shall in no way otherwise affect the rights or obligations of any Party hereunder.
Change of Services. 9.1 Should the HDA wish to revise, amend, alter or otherwise change the nature or scope of any Services, the HDA shall issue a change request addressed to the Service Provider for its consideration.
Change of Services. During the term of this Agreement, the Parties may identify the need to modify or discontinue existing Services or add new Services to an existing Services Schedule. Any Party may initiate a request for any such change at any time. All requested changes must be made in writing and provide an appropriate notice period within which the Parties receiving such notice must respond, such period not to be less than fourteen (14) days unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Any change in or addition to the Services shall be evidenced by a written amendment to Exhibit A or by the addition of a separate Services Schedule, which amendment or additional Services Schedule shall be subject to prior written approval by each of the Parties. If any Party expresses a desire to discontinue any Service described in an existing Services Schedule, the Parties shall endeavor in good faith to determine an appropriate wind-down period and a reasonable allocation of the costs of decommissioning such Service, if any.
Change of Services. (a) Cannae Inc. and the Manager shall have the right at any time during the term of this Agreement (including any Automatic Renewal Term) to change the Services provided by the Manager, and any such changes shall in no way otherwise affect the rights or obligations of any Party hereunder.
Change of Services. (a) Enbridge and Management shall have the right at any time during the term of this Agreement to request any changes in the General Services provided to Management, and such changes shall in no way affect the rights or obligations of EECI hereunder.
Change of Services. The event organizer reserves the right to change particular legally agreed goods and services when it becomes necessa- ry and if those do not change the overall aim of the champi- onship. Changes on the date and the schedule shall remain reserved.
Change of Services. Either Party may at any time request from the other Party a change in the Transition Services or the manner in which Transition Services are provided; provided, that (a) the applicable change is within the scope of similar services provided by the Service Provider, (b) the applicable change is not reasonably expected to have a material adverse impact on the Transition Services or the Service Provider, and (c) the requesting Party (i) informs the Service Provider or Service Recipient, as applicable, by notice in writing identifying in reasonable detail the specifics of such Transition Service to be changed and (ii) receives from the other Party confirmation in writing of its approval of such change in the Transition Services. The costs of the Service Provider with respect to any Service Change shall be borne by (A) the Service Provider for requests made by any member of the Service Provider’s Group, and (B) the Service Recipient for requests made by any member of the Service Recipient’s Group.
Change of Services. 4.1 Change of Service Date. If Customer desires to change the date on which Customer has requested that Service be available, Customer may be charged a Change of Service Date Charge. Such charge will not apply to Customer's first change request, as long as such request is made within fifteen (15) business days prior to the original Requested Service Date. If Customer makes a second change, or such change is requested after fifteen (15) days prior to the original Requested Service Date, Customer will be charged Willxxxx' xxen applicable Change of Service Date Charge. Customer will also be charged for any charges incurred by Willxxxx xxxm third party providers as a result of Customer's request for Change of Service Date.
Change of Services. MOHELA reserves the right to change any part or all of the services in connection with this Agreement provided that such change shall not abrogate or in any way modify the obligations of MOHELA under this Agreement, including without limitation the quality of the services provided or the compliance requirements hereunder.
Change of Services. If at any time either party sees a need to change the Services, whether by adding to, reducing or amending the nature of the Services, that party may request or recommend such change to the other party and neither party shall unreasonably withhold its agreement to any change. Until such time as a change is made, shall, unless otherwise agreed in writing, continue to supply the Services as if the request or recommendation had not been made. Any discussions which may take place between ……… and ……………. in connection with a request or recommendation before the authorisation of a resultant change to the Services shall be without prejudice to the rights of either party. Where a written request for an amendment to the Services is made and approved, such change can only be incorporated into this Agreement by a written instrument signed by both parties.
