Citizens Advisory Committee. The Citizens Advisory Committee shall be comprised of ten (10) residents of Stanislaus County, one (1) from each of the Member Agencies.
Citizens Advisory Committee. The Policy Committee shall seek the advice and cooperation of citizens and may appoint such committees or may seek advice of existing organizations or interest groups as may be deemed necessary to effectively carry out the purposes set forth herein. Establishment or acknowledgement of advisory committees shall be set forth in writing and approved at a regular meeting of the Policy Committee.
Citizens Advisory Committee. A. The City Council shall establish and appoint a Trails, Open Space and Parks Advisory Committee which shall be charged with the following duties and responsibilities:
Citizens Advisory Committee. The Company agrees that the County shall be authorized, after the Effective Date to form a Citizens Advisory Committee, consisting of five (5) persons who are Xxxxxxxx County residents. The County shall appoint the members of the Citizens Committee. The term of each appointment shall be alternating two (2) year terms. The purpose of the Citizens Committee shall be to communicate with representatives of the Company concerning the Facility and its operation as representatives of the citizens of Xxxxxxxx County, Comment [No.115]: Would the County Commissioners be able to work with opponents of the Company and Facility anyway without being in violation of the signed Host Agreement? Comment [No.116]: The Company agrees to allow a County designated Citizens Advisory Committee. Again, something the County could do already without a Host Agreement. This does not require the Company to listen to or respond to the Committee. including communicating with the Company with respect to concerns or grievances of Xxxxxxxx County residents. Comment [No.117]: This means the Company doesn’t have to do anything it wouldn’t already do anyway. Also, how much of this land is outside the flood zone and the Conservation District Easement? Comment [No.118]: The Company will only commit to try its best to develop 130 Environmental Park, but not if it is financially unfeasible. This is not a commitment to do anything. Comment [No.119]: The Company will offer scholarships annually for public schools in the County. Could be 7 schools x $2000 = $14,000, which is minimal, given the benefit the Company would receive from this Host Agreement.
Citizens Advisory Committee. Hospital will establish a citizen’s advisory committee to review issues and advise on free care policies, publish an annual report to be made publicly available, and create a comprehensive program by December 31, 2006 to enhance the numbers of patients who receive financial assistance and federal or state entitlements. Membership on such committee shall consist of one (1) city official to be designated by the Mayor, one (1) member of the Board of Aldermen representing the majority party and appointed by the President of the Board of Aldermen, one (1) member of the Board of Aldermen representing a minority party and appointed by the President of the Board of Aldermen, one (1) member of the Board of Aldermen’s Human Services Committee and appointed by the President of the Board of Aldermen, two (2) members of the Ecumenical Free Bed Fund Committee, one

Citizens Advisory Committee. The Lake Murray, Cowles, and Fortuna Mountain Citizens’ Advisory Committee (CAC), renamed to the Mission Trails CAC in 1980, was established in December 1977 by the Task Force. As of the Effective Date, the purpose and composition of the CAC shall be as set forth in this Section 3.3.
