Compensation for Accrued Vacation-Leave. Upon the completion of employment with the City, an employee, or employee's estate, shall be entitled to receive a cash payout equal to 100% of the value of accrued unused vacation credit, computed from the last base wage of the employee, including all base monthly special assignment and incentive pay. Payment shall be made as soon as practicable following the termination of employment.

Upon separation, employees will be compensated for all vacation leave accrued, except for the additional hours accrued above the current cap during the term of this Agreement, in accordance with these rules and regulations.   • Accrued Vacation It is further agreed by the parties hereto that, upon sale or transfer of ownership of any store or upon dissolution of business, vacation pay for all months worked for which no vacation pay has been given shall be immediately paid to all employees coming under this Agreement, regardless of length of time said employee has been with the Employer.

  • Vacation Bonus Employees shall receive one day's base pay (or adjusted earnings) for each year of service beyond twenty-five (25) years, to a maximum of ten (10) days’ pay.

  • Vacation Leave Accrual ‌ After a full-time employee has been in pay status for eighty (80) non-overtime hours in a calendar month, the employee will accrue vacation leave according to the rate schedule below. Vacation leave accrual for part-time employees will be proportionate to the number of hours the part-time employee is in pay status during the month to that required for full-time employment.
