Compensation for Extra Duty. Filer School District agrees to continue granting one (1) personal day for each month that a Filer/Xxxxxxxxx Elementary and Intermediate School teacher holds detention duty in his/her classroom for the 2014 – 2015 school year for a maximum of three (3) personal days per teacher. This includes grades 1-6. Filer School District agrees to the professional leave credit for covered classes at the Filer High School as stated in the Staff Handbook. Filer School District agrees to grant any other certified employee that is currently working under an extended contract the same days and monies as received in the 2013-2014 school year.

This is only allowed to occur, at most, once a month. • The Filer School District agrees that during the normal working day, preparation time for K-12 will be a minimum of 40 minutes, Monday through Thursday, and 25 minutes on Friday. In the event that a meeting is called by an administrator during a preparation time, and is longer than 30 minutes, the teacher will be compensated $25, to be paid out quarterly. This is over and above the allowed once a month allowance. • The Filer School District will grant any other certified employee that is currently working under an extended contract the same days and monies, at their daily rate, in the 2024-2025 school year. Teacher Evaluation: Certified staff will have the choice and professional discretion in choosing their student achievement growth for evaluation purposes; at least one measure of student achievement in according with Idaho Code Section 33-1001 decided by October 1st of each school year.

Compensation for Extra Duty. Compensation for extra duty shall be at a rate of time and five-tenths (150%) the employee's rate of pay, with a minimum time credit of two (2) hours (call-in/will call). Under no circumstances will extra duty compensation and overtime compensation be paid for the same time period. 25.4 Out of Title and Officer-in-Charge Pay a. Whenever the officer-in-charge of a shift is absent from duty for a period of more than two (2) hours, and another officer of equal rank does not assume the duties of the officer-in-charge, the most senior police officer of the next lowest rank shall be deemed to be the officer-in-charge, and he/she shall receive the base pay of the next highest rank. This provision shall be limited to one person during each hour of absence. It is understood that subsection a and b of Section 25.4 are mutually exclusive of each other. b. Whenever a Lieutenant replaces the Deputy Chief or the Deputy Chief replaces the Chief of Police for more than two (2) hours, said Lieutenant or Deputy Chief shall receive an additional eight dollars ($8.00) per day. This provision shall be limited to eight dollars ($8.00) per day but may be paid at the rate of one dollar for each hour if more than one lieutenant replaces the Deputy Chief during the shift.

  • Developer Compensation for Emergency Services If, during an Emergency State, the Developer provides services at the request or direction of the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer will be compensated for such services in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff.

The parties expressly agree that when Executive is performing consulting services for MediciNova, Executive is acting as an independent contractor. Therefore, Executive shall be solely liable for Social Security and income taxes that result from Executive’s compensation as a consultant. In addition, Executive shall not be entitled to any other benefits including, without limitation, such group medical, life and disability insurance and other benefits as may be provided to employees and/or executives of MediciNova.

  • COMPENSATION OF ULTIMUS The Trust, on behalf of each Fund, shall pay for the services to be provided by Ultimus under this Agreement in accordance with, and in the manner set forth in, Schedule B attached hereto, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time. If this Agreement becomes effective subsequent to the first day of a month or terminates before the last day of a month, Ultimus’ compensation for that part of the month in which the Agreement is in effect shall be prorated in a manner consistent with the calculation of the fees as set forth above. Payment of Ultimus’ compensation for the preceding month shall be made promptly.

  • Compensation for Basic Services A. Owner shall make payment for Part I and Part II services monthly. The payments shall be in proportion to the progress of Engineer's work.   • Compensation for Additional Services Additional Services shall be compensated as set forth on Exhibit A for the stipulated payment amounts set forth therein. Other Additional Services not set forth on Exhibit A that are required or requested by the Owner shall be compensated as agreed, using the methodology set forth on Exhibit A, prior to the Design Professional undertaking such Additional Services; provided, however, that if such compensation cannot be agreed, the Additional Services shall be performed at the hourly rates set forth and listed in Exhibit B, plus reimbursable expenses pursuant to Article 4.1.3 below, with a limitation as to maximum amount specified.

  • Extra Compensation The Board shall pay no fees, other than described above, to the PA/E unless authorized by the Board as follows: A. If the scope of the Project or site is changed, the Board and the PA/E shall negotiate a reasonable fee based upon the probable estimated construction cost in changing the scope of the work and the approximate percentage of the estimated construction cost which was used to negotiate this Agreement if, and, as such may be applicable. B. If the DOE or Board requires the PA/E to make major or costly changes to the Schematic, Preliminary or Construction Document Phase submittals, which changes are not caused by architectural or engineering error or oversight, the PA/E shall be paid to redesign for additional expenses in an amount agreed to by the parties. Under no circumstances will the principals of the PA/E and the principals of his consultants be paid a fee in excess of $125.00 per hour.
