All permits, licenses, and fees necessary to prosecute and complete the work shall be secured and paid for by Contractor unless otherwise specified by District.

COMPLIANCE WITH STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS/RULES. Guidelines and Regulations The Contractor agrees to comply with all State and Federal laws, rules and regulations that pertain to construction, health and safety, labor, fair employment practices, environmental protection, equal opportunity, fair housing, and all other matters applicable and/or related to the HEAP program, the Contractor, its Subcontractors, and all eligible activities. Contractor shall also be responsible for obtaining any and all permits, licenses, and approvals required for performing any activities under this Agreement, including those necessary to perform design, construction, or operation and maintenance of the activities.   • Compliance with State and Federal Law Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Section 3.8, a Shareholder shall also comply with all applicable requirements of state law and of the Exchange Act and the rules and regulations thereunder with respect to the matters set forth in this Section 3.8.   • Provide Data In Compliance With State and Federal Law LEA shall provide data for the purposes of the Service Agreement in compliance with FERPA, COPPA, PPRA, Texas Education Code Chapter 32, and all other Texas privacy statutes cited in this DPA as these laws and regulations apply to the contracted services. The LEA shall not be required to provide Data in violation of applicable laws. Operator may not require LEA or users to waive rights under applicable laws in connection with use of the Services.

  • State and Federal Laws This Agreement shall be subject to all present and future applicable federal and state laws, executive orders of the President of the United States or the Governor of the State of Washington, and rules and regulations of governmental authority. Should any provision or provisions become unlawful by virtue of the above or by declaration of any court of competent jurisdiction, such action shall not invalidate the entire Agreement. Any provisions of this Agreement not declared invalid shall remain in full force and effect for the term of the Agreement. As required by federal law and Lender’s policies and practices, Lender may need to obtain, verify and record certain customer identification information and documentation in connection with opening or maintaining accounts or establishing or continuing to provide services.

  • Compliance with Federal, State and Local Laws a. The Grantee and all its agents shall comply with all federal, state and local regulations, including, but not limited to, nondiscrimination, wages, social security, workers’ compensation, licenses, and registration requirements. The Grantee shall include this provision in all subcontracts issued as a result of this Agreement. b. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. d. Any dispute concerning performance of the Agreement shall be processed as described herein. Jurisdiction for any damages arising under the terms of the Agreement will be in the courts of the State, and venue will be in the Second Judicial Circuit, in and for Leon County. Except as otherwise provided by law, the parties agree to be responsible for their own attorney fees incurred in connection with disputes arising under the terms of this Agreement.

  • Consistency with Federal Laws and Regulations This Agreement shall incorporate by reference Section 22.9 of the CAISO Tariff as if the references to the CAISO Tariff were referring to this Agreement.
