A gap analysis was completed in order to identify the shortcomings of the detailed design. The previous detailed design is thus provided for conceptual information only. The Consultant reviews the information contained in the concept design submission pack and in the gap analysis report and together with the new design parameters and evaluations in this scope develops this information into a Basic Design and then an implementable Detailed Design.
