Conduct of Event. 11.1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, you assume full responsibility for the conduct of all persons in attendance at your Event and liability for loss and/or any damage done to any part of our Hotel premises during the time of your Event caused by your employees and temporary workers, agents, contractors, sub-contractors, as well as by attendees of the Event.

Conduct of Event. Patron assumes full responsibility for the conduct for all persons in attendance and for any damage done to any part of the Hotel or Restaurant’s premises during any such times that premises are under the control of Patron, Patron agent, invitees, employees or independent contractors employed by Patron. Hotel & Restaurant reserves the right to exclude or eject any and all objectionable persons from the function, or the premises, without liability. Patron hereby identifies and holds harmless Hotel & Restaurant against any and all claims, liabilities or costs, including reasonable attorneys fees and whether by reason of personal injury or death or property damage or otherwise, arising out of or connected with the Event or this agreement, caused or contributed to by the negligence of Patron, or any guest, invitee or agent of Patron or any independent contractor hired by Patron. Initial: Short Notice Events: We will try to satisfy our customers request for events on short notice (14 days or less prior to event). Our ability to execute short notice events depends on room availability, and our ability to schedule labor and order food to meet your needs. Events scheduled and contracted within 14 days of the event date will be subject to an additional 10% on the full contract amount, and a non- refundable deposit of $50. Events scheduled and contracted within 7 days of the event date will be subject to an additional 20% on the full contract amount and a non-refundable deposit of $100. We will commit to performance of a contract within 48 hours of accepting the non-refundable deposit.

Conduct of Event. The Client, or the representative of the Client who executed the Rental Agreement on behalf of the Client, must be in attendance at the Facilities for the duration of the Event. The Client shall conduct the Event in a lawful and orderly manner and shall not do, or permit anything to be done to or at the Facilities that may become a nuisance, annoyance, or cause damage or inconvenience to the Library, Library patrons or the Facilities. The Library may issue any orders or directions that the Library determines are necessary or advisable with respect to any nuisance, annoyance, damage, or inconvenience and the Client shall forthwith comply with same. The Client shall ensure that any public address system, music, or entertainment does not exceed levels of volume, which the Library, in its sole discretion, finds reasonable, nor which exceeds municipal standards.
Conduct of Event. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume full responsibility for any damage done to our premises during your Event, but only to the extent such damage is caused by you, your employees, guests, agents, or contractors, including any damage done resulting from the installation, placement, and removal of your displays, equipment, exhibits, or other items. For purposes of clarity, Group shall not be responsible for damage to guest sleeping rooms or public spaces of the Hotel not occupied by Group; in those instances, Hotel shall seek payment for damage from the responsible guest(s). You also agree that your Event will not create any unreasonable disturbance to other guests or meetings, such as excessive noise, smoke or fog machines, dry ice, confetti cannons, candles, incense, or any activity that generates offensive smells. Hotel reserves the right to end your Event immediately if you do not comply with Hotel’s request to reduce or eliminate any such disturbance, in which case you will remain responsible for payment of all charges related to your Event and no refunds will be issued by Hotel.
Conduct of Event. The MEET DIRECTOR shall produce, conduct and promote the Event in a high quality manner in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The MEET DIRECTOR shall provide all facilities for the Event in accordance with Addendum A attached hereto. The Venue shall have tiered seating, or the competition platform will be placed on a raised stage to provide adequate viewing for the spectators. The Venue shall be accessible at least 3 hours before and 1 hour after each day of competition. The MEET DIRECTOR must have a CORPORATION Event banner for the backdrop of the competition stage. The banner must include the name, date, year and location of the Event (e.g. USA POWERLIFTING NORTHWEST REGIONALS, OCT. XX-XX, 20XX, CITY, STATE) and should be large enough to be easily viewed from the back of the Venue. Size and artwork of the banner shall be approved in advance, in writing, by the CORPORATION.

Hotel reserves the right to end your Event immediately if you do not comply with Hotel’s request to reduce or eliminate any such disturbance, and you will remain responsible for payment of all charges related to your Event and no refunds will be issued by Hotel. Should you require any rigging services for this Event, all such services must be arranged through the in-house audio-visual provider or the Hotel and you will be responsible for all costs associated therewith.

Conduct of Event. For the duration of the event, the Renter and its guests must abide the HSCC policies and comply with applicable regulations and laws. Renter is responsible for the actions of guests and for any damages or losses incurred during the event. HSCC has the right to refuse entry or service to and remove from the premises any person it deems to be behaving in an improper or abusive manner or in a manner not befitting the HSCC. The HSCC reserves the right to exclude or remove any undesirable person from the event and premises without liability.
Conduct of Event. You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws including health and safety codes and federal anti-terrorism laws and regulations, and our rules, copies of which are available from the hotel’s sales department. You agree to cooperate with Hotel and any relevant governmental authority to ensure compliance with such laws. For the safety of persons and property, no fireworks or incendiary devices may be used indoors at the hotel. Conduct of Event. ( initial here) Client agrees to conduct the event in an orderly manner in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines. Client assumes full responsibility for the conduct of all persons in attendance at your event. Should a guest’s behavior be deemed inappropriate by the event manager (i.e. underage drinking, excessive intoxication, damage to property, verbal or physical abuse, etc.), the host will be given a warning to rectify the situation. If the problem persists, police will be called and the event shut down. The host will forfeit any and all payments made.
