Construction Progress Review. The Construction Manager shall keep a daily log containing a record of weather, the Contractors working on the site, number of workers, work accomplished, problems encountered, and other relevant data or such additional data as the District may require. The Construction Manager shall make the log available to the District upon request. The Construction Manager shall prepare and distribute the construction schedule updates to the Project Baseline Schedule on a monthly basis to maintain the Project Baseline Schedule. After an evaluation of the actual progress as observed by the Construction Manager, scheduled activities shall be assigned percentage-complete values. The report shall reflect actual progress as compared to scheduled progress and note any variances. The Construction Manager shall identify problems encountered in accomplishing the work and recommend appropriate action to the District to resolve these problems with a minimum effect on the timely completion of the Project.
