Construction Progress Review. The Construction Manager shall keep a daily log containing a record of weather, the Contractors working on the site, number of workers, work accomplished, problems encountered, and other relevant data or such additional data as the District may require. The Construction Manager shall make the log available to the District upon request. The Construction Manager shall prepare and distribute the construction schedule updates to the Project Baseline Schedule on a monthly basis to maintain the Project Baseline Schedule. After an evaluation of the actual progress as observed by the Construction Manager, scheduled activities shall be assigned percentage-complete values. The report shall reflect actual progress as compared to scheduled progress and note any variances. The Construction Manager shall identify problems encountered in accomplishing the work and recommend appropriate action to the District to resolve these problems with a minimum effect on the timely completion of the Project. If requested by the District, the Construction Manager shall assist the Contractor(s) in preparing a recovery schedule. The recovery schedule shall reflect the corrective action costs (if any) and efforts to be undertaken by the contractor(s) to recapture lost time. This recovery schedule shall be distributed to the Contractor(s), the District, Architect and other appropriate parties.

Construction Progress Review. Construction Manager shall review the progress of construction with each Contractor, observe work in place and that materials are properly stored on a monthly basis and evaluate the percentage complete of each construction activity as indicated in the Project Schedule. 8.9.3.1 Construction Manager shall record the progress of the Project on a monthly basis or more frequently if requested by the District. Construction Manager shall document and submit written progress reports to the District and Architect including information on the Contractor and the Contractor’s work on the Project, showing percentages of completion. Construction Manager shall keep a daily log containing a record of weather, each Contractor’s work on the site, number of workers, identification of equipment, work accomplished, problems encountered, and other similar relevant data as the District may require. 8.9.3.2 Utilizing the schedules provided by the Contractors, Construction Manager shall update the Project Schedule incorporating the activities of the Contractor on the Project, including activity sequences and durations. The Project Schedule shall include the District’s occupancy requirements showing portions of the Project having occupancy priority. Construction Manager shall update and reissue the Project Schedule as required to show current conditions. If an update indicates that the previously approved Project Schedule may not be met, Construction Manager shall recommend corrective action to the District and Architect. 8.9.3.3 As part of the monthly reporting process, Construction Manager shall provide the District with updated budget and cost tracking, to include the impact of all proposed and executed change orders. 8.9.3.4 Construction Manager shall keep regular meeting minutes.

Contractor shall distribute copies of the log(s) to the District on a monthly basis. Contractor shall prepare and distribute the construction schedule updates to the Project Construction Schedule on a monthly basis for comparison, and Contractor shall incorporate the updates into and maintain the District’s master project schedule. After an evaluation of the actual progress as observed by Contractor, scheduled activities will be assigned percentage-complete values. The report will reflect actual progress as compared to scheduled progress (baseline), and will note any variances. Contractor shall identify problems encountered in accomplishing the work and recommend appropriate action to District to resolve these problems with a minimum effect on the timely completion of the Project. Contractor shall develop and impose an appropriate recovery schedule on the Trade Contractor(s), which is acceptable to the District. The recovery schedule will reflect the corrective action costs (if any) and efforts to be undertaken by the Trade Contractor(s) to recapture lost time. This recovery schedule will be distributed to the Trade Contractor(s), District, its consultants, Architect, and other appropriate parties.

  • Project Review A. Programmatic Allowances 1. If FEMA determines that the entire scope of an Undertaking conforms to one or more allowances in Appendix B of this Agreement, with determinations for Tier II Allowances being made by SOI-qualified staff, FEMA shall complete the Section 106 review process by documenting this determination in the project file, without SHPO review or notification. 2. If the Undertaking involves a National Historic Landmark (NHL), FEMA shall notify the SHPO, participating Tribe(s), and the NPS NHL Program Manager of the NPS Midwest Regional Office that the Undertaking conforms to one or more allowances. FEMA shall provide information about the proposed scope of work for the Undertaking and the allowance(s) enabling FEMA’s determination. 3. If FEMA determines any portion of an Undertaking’s scope of work does not conform to one or more allowances listed in Appendix B, FEMA shall conduct expedited or standard Section 106 review, as appropriate, for the entire Undertaking in accordance with Stipulation II.B, Expedited Review for Emergency Undertakings, or Stipulation II.C, Standard Project Review. 4. Allowances may be revised and new allowances may be added to this Agreement in accordance with Stipulation IV.A.3, Amendments. B. Expedited Review for Emergency Undertakings

  • Construction Progress Schedule A schedule indicating proposed activity sequences and durations, milestone dates for receipt and approval of pertinent information, preparation, submittal, and processing of Shop Drawings and Samples, delivery of materials or equipment requiring long-lead time procurement, and proposed date(s) of Material Completion and Occupancy and Final Completion. The schedule will be developed to represent the sixteen or seventeen CSI Specification Divisions. It shall have a minimum number of activities as required to adequately represent to Owner the complete scope of work and define the Project’s critical path and associated activities. If the Project is to be phased, then each individual Phase should be identified from start through completion of the overall Project and should be individually scheduled and described, including any Owner’s occupancy requirements and showing portions of the Project having occupancy priority. The format of the schedule will have dependencies indicated on a monthly grid identifying milestone dates such as construction start, phase construction, structural top out, dry-in, rough-in completion, metal stud and drywall completion, equipment installation, systems operational, Material Completion and Occupancy Date, final inspection dates, Punchlist, and Final Completion date.

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.

  • Design Review ‌ (a) Where so specified in Schedule A (Scope of Goods and Services) or as otherwise instructed by the City, the Supplier shall submit design-related Documentation for review by the City, and shall not proceed with work on the basis of such design Documentation until the City’s approval of such Documentation has been received in writing. (b) None of: (i) the submission of Documentation to the City by the Supplier; (ii) its examination by or on behalf of the City; or (iii) the making of any comment thereon (including any approval thereof) shall in any way relieve the Supplier of any of its obligations under this Agreement or of its duty to take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy and correctness of such Documentation, and its suitability to the matter to which it relates.

  • Project Implementation Manual The Recipient, through the PCU, shall: (i) take all action required to carry out Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4 (ii) of the Project in accordance with the provisions and requirements set forth or referred to in the Project Implementation Manual; (ii) submit recommendations to the Association for its consideration for changes and updates of the Project Implementation Manual as they may become necessary or advisable during Project implementation in order to achieve the objective of Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4(ii) of the Project; and (iii) not assign, amend, abrogate or waive the Project Implementation Manual or any of its provisions without the Association’s prior agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any of the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern.
