Content of Annual Reports. (a) Each Annual Report shall contain Annual Financial Information with respect to the School Board, including, to the extent not set forth in the CAFR (as hereinafter defined):
1. Updates of information in the Offering Statement relating to:
a. Revenue sources as described under the heading "REVENUE SOURCES OF THE DISTRICT," including the subheadings entitled "Operating Revenues," and "Revenues for Capital Projects;"
b. The tables entitled "Net Assessed Value of Taxable Property", "Tax Millage Rates" and "Property Tax Levies and Collections" under the heading "AD VALOREM TAX PROCEDURES;"
c. The table entitled "Direct and Overlapping Debt" under the subheading "SELECTED FINANCIAL INFORMATION – Outstanding Debt;"
d. The tables entitled "Combined-Condensed Schedule of Revenues, Expenditures and Changes in Fund Balances – All Governmental Fund Types," "Statements of Revenues, Expenditures and Changes in Fund Balance – General Fund," and "Statement of Revenues, Expenditures and Changes in Fund Balance – Capital Projects Fund" under the heading "SELECTED FINANCIAL INFORMATION;"
e. The tables under the subheading "THE SCHOOL BOARD AND THE DISTRICT--Statistical Data," excluding, the table entitled “Comparative Enrollment Trends.”
2. Description of any material litigation which would have been disclosed in the Offering Statement if such litigation were pending at the time the Offering Statement was prepared.
3. Any other financial information or operating data of the type included in the Offering Statement which would be material to a holder or prospective holder of the Certificates.
(b) If available at the time of such filing, the Audited Financial Statements of the School Board for the prior fiscal year, prepared in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards, and Government Auditing Principles issued by the Comptroller General of the United States. If the School Board’s Audited Financial Statements are not available by the time the Annual Report is required to be filed pursuant to Section 2(a), the Annual Report shall contain unaudited financial statements in a format similar to the financial statements contained in the final Offering Statement, and the Audited Financial Statements shall be filed in the same manner as the Annual Report when they become available. Audited Financial Statements (if any) will be provided pursuant to Section 2(d).

Content of Annual Reports. (a) The City’s Annual Report shall contain or include by reference the-following:
(i) The audited financial statements of the City’s Electric Utility Fund for the most recently completed Fiscal Year, prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles for governmental enterprises as prescribed from time to time by any regulatory body with jurisdiction over the City and by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board;
(ii) Updated information comparable to the information in the chart entitled “ELECTRIC SYSTEM STATISTICS” as it appears in Table 2 in Appendix A to the Official Statement;
(iii) Updated information comparable to the information on the chart entitled “TOTAL GIGAWATT HOURS (GWh) GENERATED AND PURCHASED AND PEAK DEMAND (MW)” as it appears in Table 3 in Appendix A to the Official Statement;
(iv) Updated information comparable to the information in the chart entitled “AVERAGE NUMBER OF CUSTOMERS” as it appears in Table 4 in Appendix A to the Official Statement;
(v) Updated information comparable to the information in the chart entitled “TOTAL ENERGY SOLD” as it appears in Table 5 in Appendix A to the Official Statement;
(vi) Updated information comparable to the information in the chart entitled “PRIMARY RATE SCHEDULES FOR RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL CUSTOMERS” as it appears in Table 6 in Appendix A to the Official Statement;
(vii) Updated information comparable to the information in the chart entitled “AVERAGE BILLING PRICE CENTS PER KILOWATT-HOUR (RETAIL SALES)” as it appears in Table 7 in Appendix A to the Official Statement; and
(viii) Updated information comparable to the information in the chart entitled “CITY OF ANAHEIM ELECTRIC UTILITY FUND, FINANCIAL RESULTS OF THE ELECTRIC SYSTEM” as it appears in Table 10 in Appendix A to the Official Statement.
(b) Any or all of the items listed above may be included by specific reference to other documents, including official statements of debt issues of the City or public entities related thereto, available to the public on EMMA or filed with the SEC. The City shall clearly identify each such other document so included by reference.
Content of Annual Reports. Except as otherwise agreed, any Annual Report required to be filed hereunder shall contain or incorporate by reference, at a minimum, annual financial information relating to the Local Issuer, including operating data, updating such information relating to the Local Issuer as shall have been included or cross-referenced in the final Official Statement of the Authority describing the Authority's Series 2022A Bonds or if there is no such information described in clause (i), updating such information relating to the Local Issuer as shall have been included or cross-referenced in any comparable disclosure document of the Local Issuer relating to its tax-supported obligations or if there is no such information described in clauses (i) or (ii) above, initially setting forth and then updating the information referred to in Exhibit B as it relates to the Local Issuer, all with a view toward assisting Participating Underwriters in complying with the Rule. Any or all of such information may be incorporated by reference from other documents, including official statements of securities issues with respect to which the Local Issuer is an "obligated person" (within the meaning of the Rule), which have been filed with the MSRB or the Securities and Exchange Commission. If the document incorporated by reference is a final official statement, it must be available from the MSRB. The Local Issuer shall clearly identify each such other document so incorporated by reference.
Content of Annual Reports. The District’s Annual Report shall contain or include by reference the following (as of June 30 next preceding the Annual Report date or the most recent readily available information):
(a) The principal amount of the Bonds outstanding.
(b) The balance of the Reserve Account and the Reserve Requirement.
(c) The balance of the Improvement Fund.
(d) A table showing value-to-lien ratios (either individually or in categories such as “below 3:1,” “
3:1 to 4:1,” “
4:1 to 5:1,” etc.) for all parcels subject to special taxes in Improvement Area A of the District based on the ratio of assessed valuation of such parcels to all overlapping direct debt. Such information shall be provided separately for Undeveloped Property and Developed Property (as such terms are defined in the RMA).
(e) The status of the payment of special taxes for the properties within Improvement Area A of the District which were due and payable during the preceding fiscal year (the “Special Taxes”), including as to delinquent parcels:
(1) the number of parcels delinquent in the payment of Special Taxes;
(2) the aggregate amount of the delinquent Special Taxes;
(3) as to any parcel for which the delinquent Special Taxes represent more than 5% of the aggregate Special Taxes within Improvement Area A of the District;
(i) the assessor’s parcel number;
(ii) the identity of the owner(s) of such parcel based on the County of Riverside Assessor’s Roll or County of Riverside (the “County”) delinquency report received by the City, whichever is more current; and
(iii) the aggregate amount of delinquent property taxes, assessments (both fixed lien and annual) and Special Taxes and the accrued penalties and interest on such aggregate amount; and
(4) the assessment delinquency rate for such preceding fiscal year.
(f) The status of any judicial foreclosure proceedings initiated by the District as a result of the delinquency in the payment of Special Taxes and the summary of the results of foreclosure sales, if available.
(g) As to any parcel for which the annual special tax levy represents more than 5% of the aggregate special tax levy within Improvement Area A of the District:
(1) names of the owners of such parcels as shown on the Assessor’s Roll or County delinquency report received by the City, whichever is more current;
(2) percentage of the special tax levy allocated to such parcels;
(3) Developed Property or Undeveloped Property status (as such terms are defined in the RMA) of such parcels;

Content of Annual Reports. (a) Each Annual Report shall contain Annual Financial Information with respect to the Issuer, including updates of the historical financial and operating data set forth in the Official Statement under the captions:
(i) Assessed Value and Estimated Actual Value of Taxable Property;
(ii) Property Tax Levies and Collections;
(iii) Property Tax Rates – Direct and Overlapping Governments; and
(iv) Principal Taxpayers – Current Year and Ten Years Ago.
(b) Audited Financial Statements prepared in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards applicable to municipalities as described in the Official Statement will be included in the Annual Report. If audited financial statements are not available, then, unaudited financial statements, prepared in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards applicable as described in the Official Statement will be included in the Annual Report. Audited Financial Statements (if any) will be provided pursuant to Section 2(d). Any or all of the items listed above in (a) or (b) may be included by specific reference from other documents, including official statements of debt issues with respect to which the Issuer is an "obligated person" (as defined by the Rule), which have been previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission or available on the MSRB Internet Website. If the document incorporated by reference is a final official statement, it must be available from the MSRB. The Issuer will clearly identify each such document so incorporated by reference. Any Annual Financial Information containing modified operating data or financial information is required to explain, in narrative form, the reasons for the modification and the impact of the change in the type of operating data or financial information being provided.

In such event, Audited Financial Statements (if any) will be provided pursuant to Section 2(d). Any or all of the items listed above may be included by specific reference from other documents, including official statements of debt issues with respect to which the Issuer is an “obligated person” (as defined by the Rule), which have been previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission or available on the MSRB Internet Website. If the document incorporated by reference is a final official statement, it must be available from the MSRB. The Issuer will clearly identify each such document so incorporated by reference. If the Annual Financial Information contains modified operating data or financial information different from the Annual Financial Information agreed to in the continuing disclosure undertaking related to the Certificates, the Issuer is required to explain, in narrative form, the reasons for the modification and the impact of the change in the type of operating data or financial information being provided.

(i) The audited financial statements of the City’s Water Utility Fund for the most recently completed Fiscal Year, prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles for governmental enterprises as prescribed from time to time by any regulatory body with jurisdiction over the City and by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board;
(ii) Updated information comparable to the information in Table 1 entitled “WATER SYSTEM STATISTICS” as it appears in the Official Statement;
(iii) Updated information comparable to the information in Table 2 entitled “WATER PRODUCTION” as it appears in the Official Statement;
(iv) Updated information comparable to the information in Table 3 entitled “WATER SALES” as it appears in the Official Statement;
(v) Updated information comparable to the information in Table 4 entitled “LARGEST WATER CUSTOMERS” as it appears in the Official Statement;
(vi) Updated information comparable to the information in Table 6 entitled “OPERATING EXPENSES” as it appears in the Official Statement; and
(vii) Updated information comparable to the information in Table 8 entitled “CITY OF ANAHEIM WATER UTILITY FUND – FINANCIAL RESULTS OF THE WATER SYSTEM.”
(b) Any or all of the items listed above may be included by specific reference to other documents, including official statements of debt issues of the City or public entities related thereto, available to the public on EMMA or filed with the SEC. The City shall clearly identify each such other document so included by reference.
Content of Annual Reports. The County’s Annual Report shall contain or include by reference the following:
(a) The audited financial statements of the County for the prior fiscal year, prepared in accordance with generally accepted principles as promulgated to apply to governmental entities from time to time by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (or if not in conformity, to be accompanied by a qualitative discussion of the differences in the accounting principles and the impact of the change in the accounting principles on the presentation of the financial information). If the County’s audited financial statements are not available by the time the Annual Report is required to be filed pursuant to Section 3(a), the Annual Report shall contain unaudited financial statements in a format similar to the financial statements contained in the final Official Statement, and the audited financial statements shall be filed in the same manner as the Annual Report when they become available.
(b) A table updating the subsection “Hospitality Tax Receipts” in the Official Statement for the prior fiscal year.
(c) A table updating the subsection “Historical Debt Service Coverage” in the Official Statement for the prior fiscal year. Such information is expected to be available on or before January 31 of each year for the fiscal year ending on the preceding June 30 commencing with the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014, and will be made available to the National Repositories. The annual financial information will be filed with respect to the fiscal year of the City, and each fiscal year thereafter. Any or all of the items listed above may be included by specific reference to other documents, including official statements of debt issues of the County or related public entities, which have been submitted to each of the Repositories or the Securities and Exchange Commission. If the document including by reference is a final official statement, it must be available from the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board. The County shall clearly identify each such other document so included by reference. The County may discharge its undertaking described above by transmitting the documents referred to above to any entity and by any method authorized by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The City’s Annual Report shall contain or incorporate by reference the following: Audited financial statements of the City prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles as promulgated to apply to governmental entities from time to time by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board. If the City’s audited financial statements are not available by the time the Annual Report is required to be filed pursuant to Section 3(a), the Annual Report shall contain unaudited financial statements, and the audited financial statements shall be filed in the same manner as the Annual Report when they become available. The tabular financial information and operating data contained in the Official Statement under the following section headings presented on an annual basis, for the most recently completed Fiscal Year: Table 10 (General Fund Balance Sheets); Table 11 (Statements of Revenues, Expenditures and Changes in General Fund Balance); Table 12 (Primary General Fund Tax Revenues Sources); and The amount of Measure X Revenues received by the City for the most recently completed Fiscal Year. To the extent not contained in the audited financial statements filed pursuant to paragraph (a) above, (i) information for the most recent year provided by CalPERS for the net pension liability of the City’s Miscellaneous Plans and Safety Plans, in the format provided from CalPERS (which format may change from time to time compared to the information currently provided to the City and disclosed in the Official Statement and the FY 2016-17 CAFR (as defined in the Official Statement)), and (ii) information for the most recent year provided by PARS for the net pension liability of the City’s Supplemental Retirement Plan (SRP), in the format provided from PARS or in a format consistent with presentation of the information described in the foregoing clause (i) (which format may change from time to time compared to the information currently provided to the City and disclosed in the Official Statement and the FY 2016-17 CAFR (as defined in the Official Statement)). Content of Annual Reports. The Company’s Annual Report for any year shall consist of the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for such year filed under the 1934 Act as provided in Section 3 (or any successor form adopted by the SEC) which reports as provided in Section 3 may be provided through a notice cross referencing the filed report as described in Section 3. In the event the Company no longer files annual reports under Section 13 or 15 of the 1934 Act, the Company’s Annual Report shall consist of a copy of its audited financial statements, prepared in accordance with United States generally accepted accounting principles, meeting the requirements of Regulation S-X under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
