Joint Programs. Monroe County Community College has cooperative agreements allowing students to complete components of certain programs at the college and the remainder of these programs at participating community colleges. Such agreements exist in the following areas:
Joint Programs. Any local training fund balances accrued under the Visteon CBA as of the Transition Date shall continue to be used for the employees of the plant, regardless of whether they are Transferred Employees, employees of Ford assigned to Visteon under the Assignment Agreement or employees hired by Visteon after the Transition Date (to the extent permitted under any applicable CBA), as agreed by the UAW-Ford NEDTEC Joint Governing Body.
Joint Programs. The parties will use commercially reasonable efforts to implement and launch Joint Programs. In addition to the CoolDining Program (which the parties shall launch and operate as described in Section 6), the parties currently contemplate the following programs will become Joint Programs under this Agreement, as follows:
Joint Programs. The Company and the Union agree to establish a Joint Programs Steering Committee during the first six (6) months following the contract effective date.
A. The Joint Programs Steering Committee will explore collaboration opportunities in community events, joint communications, health and safety, and training.
1. Health and Safety in the Workplace The Union and the Company commit to work together to create an environment which promotes a positive approach to processes, attitudes and activities that bring about the changes necessary to achieve a workplace free of incidents, accidents and injuries, and that protects the environment. Both parties agree to work together to secure a safe workplace environment for all employees. The Company and the Union shall be responsible for the establishment of a Steering Committee comprised of four (4) representatives from each of the parties. This committee shall meet at least monthly to review worker concerns, accidents, injuries and near misses with appropriate management for resolution and necessary follow-up. The duties of the members of this Steering Committee shall be in addition to their regular work assignments. Further, the Company will encourage employees to communicate concerns to their management and the Steering Committee so that these concerns may be fully addressed.
B. The Company and the Union will review the accredited apprentice program to assess its effectiveness. This review will include the evaluation of establishing additional training programs, e.g., NDI. Union and Management will work together to secure appropriate state and federal funding in support of this effort.
C. The Company will continue to utilize IAM Crest to facilitate employees returning to work from medical leave.
Joint Programs. 24 The Company and the Union agree to establish a Joint Programs 25 Steering Committee during the first six (6) months following the 26 contract effective date.

Joint Programs. All joint programs must be announced and promoted as such to the organizations and individuals concerned, in accordance with the visibility clause in Point 6. All information documents produced in this context must bear the partners’ graphic signatures.
Joint Programs. NJR Institute & IBM team will select and propose appropriate Programs based on market and industry alignment from time to time, with mutual consultation & agreement. NJR Institute & IBM team will decide the credits for each of the programs and may alter the course duration for each of the Programs, after due approval from the Academic Council of NJR Institute, and announce it through the NJR Institute website.
Joint Programs. A request to begin the process for the establishment of a joint program can originate from either The Xxxxxxxx Institute or the University.
Joint Programs. The parties bear their own expenses for programs that are jointly operated by the County and the School Board and the compensation arrangement set forth in paragraph 2 above shall not apply.
