Defibrillators Clause Samples

The 'Defibrillators' clause establishes requirements regarding the provision, maintenance, or use of defibrillator devices within a specified setting, such as a workplace, public venue, or facility. Typically, this clause outlines who is responsible for ensuring that defibrillators are available, properly maintained, and accessible in case of a medical emergency, and may also address staff training or signage. Its core practical function is to enhance safety and emergency preparedness by ensuring that life-saving equipment is readily available and functional in the event of sudden cardiac arrest.
