Training Stipend. Any person, other than driver trainers, asked to train another person in a new position shall be paid at his/her appropriate rate of pay plus a one dollar ($1.00) per hour stipend for each hour of training. Training time shall be assigned and approved by the immediate supervisor in advance. (Driver trainers shall be paid at the appropriate rate of pay.)

Training Stipend. Custodians assigned to training and mentoring new hire employees and substitutes shall receive a stipend of twenty five cents ($.25) per hour and the total for all Custodians assigned such training shall not exceed $500.00 in total. This position will be assigned by the Buildings and Grounds Manager.. This assignment is on a year to year basis. The Buildings and Grounds Manager may choose to divide the stipend across several employees who are mentoring new hires and substitutes,
Training Stipend. Any member of the custodial or maintenance staff who attends a school offering a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours of class work for the purpose of improvement of job skills directly applicable to the employee’s assignment in the Westwood Regional School District shall receive a stipend of $250 upon completion of this course and upon presentation of a certificate stating that the course has been satisfactorily completed. All requests for courses shall have prior approval from the Superintendent of Schools. Black Seal licenses shall be obtained by all employees within two years of employment. Present employees shall obtain a Black Seal license within two years of the inception of this Agreement. A stipend of $600 shall be paid annually to each employee who holds a Black Seal license. This shall be included in the employee’s annual salary.
Training Stipend. During the course of their Residency Program, Residents may be required by the Employer to complete a number of administrative, site-specific or health authority-specific training or orientations, the requirements of which may change from time to time. To recognize time spent outside of normal working hours by Residents on various trainings and orientations during and in between rotations, the Employer will provide each Resident an annual lump sum payment of $430 at the conclusion of the 2022/23 Academic Year, and at the conclusion of every Academic Year thereafter. For clarity, Residents are only eligible to receive the lump sum payment once for each of R1 to R7, regardless of how long it takes the Resident to complete each of these Residency Program years.
Training Stipend. Modify the fourth and fifth paragraphs of Article 18(a) of the 2021 Agreement as follows: “A $20.00 per hour stipend shall be paid to any individual for attending CSATF required safety training classes during non-working time. Effective January 1, 2025, the applicable stipend shall increase to $25.00 per hour. The stipend shall be paid to each individual in a single check within thirty (30) days following completion of all safety classes required for that individual's job classification. It is understood that any check so issued shall include payment for course A of the Safety Pass Program, whether completed before or after the individual was placed on the Industry Experience Roster or ‘Non-Roster Training List,’ as applicable. “A $20.00 per hour stipend shall be paid to any individual for attending harassment prevention training administered by CSATF during non-working time. Effective January 1, 2025, the applicable stipend shall increase to $25.00 per hour.”
Training Stipend. (A) The current stipend for the Physician in Training’s level of training is $62,745 per year, which is distributed bi-weekly. As provided by the current taxing statutes, this stipend is subject to deductions and withholdings under applicable federal, state, and local laws. In the event Physician in Training resigns or is terminated from the Program, the stipend shall be discontinued going forward and amounts due shall be paid on the last day of work.

Training Stipend. The Vice President of Administrative Services shall designate one primary trainer for each new hire. The designated trainer shall be paid a one-time training stipend of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) for all the training administered to that new employee. Said stipend shall not be added to the employee’s base pay and shall not be used to calculate any overtime rate. Only one bonus shall be paid for each new hire trained.
Training Stipend. Persons actually performing the cross-training of other employees will receive a fifty cent ($.50) per hour training stipend. This amount shall be a flat pay supplement which is applied when the worker is actually involved in training another person and shall not be compounded by other premium pays, overtime, or shift differential.
