DESCRIPTION OF BID ITEMS. BASE BID ITEMS. The base bid includes furnishing all the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools and services and other incidental work necessary for the construction of the Xxxxxxx Park Improvements as shown and described on the drawings and within this document. This work is defined in the following bid items that includes the complete installation of the Base Bid work. Any incidental work required to complete the base bid work should be included within the appropriate bid item. Bid Item 1: Mobilization, Construction Staking & SWPPP/Erosion Control. This LUMP SUM bid item includes all cost associated with Contractor Mobilization, construction layout and staking and SWPPP/Erosion control measures (including removal) as shown on the drawings and Specifications. This item also includes providing and installing approximately 1500 LF of Tree Protection Flagging Tape (Presco B3103Y55 - xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/presco-b3103y55/ ) including stakes around existing tree dripline. Bid Item 2: Existing Pavement & Playground Demolition & Hauling. This LUMP SUM bid item includes all cost associated with the removal of existing pavements and playground (equipment, edger and mulch surfacing) to be removed as shown on the drawings and required for construction of the proposed improvements. Generally the pavement removal includes removal of the existing 5’ wide asphalt trails (± 1,100 SY) Bid Item 3: Site Grading. This LUMP SUM bid item includes all cost associated with grading, hauling, compaction, backfilling and finish grading/shaping for playground area, trails, walks, BMP areas and disturbed areas. Note: the cost for the blended “Garden Mix” soil backfill (± 60 CY) required to backfill the removed pavement in the SW corner of the park (See Note 28 – Drawing 1.01) should be included in this cost item. Bid Item 4: 40 LF - 12" Culvert (HDPE) (w/Flared Ends & River Gravel). This LUMP SUM bid item includes all work associated with installation of the culvert under the asphalt trail including excavation, placement, flared ends and approximately 2 SY of Meramec River Gravel (3” – 6” size) (xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/products/bulk-materials/limestones-meramec-gravels/ )installed on the downstream end. DESCRIPTION OF BID ITEMS. 7.1 Please refer to Attachment E provided in the bid section listing all components that we are requesting bid prices. Provide a bid price for each component listed. This unit price is the cost to powder coat finish and package one unit of the item in the standard color.
DESCRIPTION OF BID ITEMS. BID ITEM NO. 1 The Contractor to provide a Mobile Refuse Cart and for curbside collection and disposal of one 32-gallon Mobile Refuse Cart or one 64-gallon Mobile Refuse Cart or one 96-gallon Mobile Refuse Cart (residents may request more than 1 (one) mobile refuse cart for an additional fee) of refuse and one large bulk item to residential establishments once a week for the term of the contract. The contractor shall provide the residents a choice of one 32-gallon Mobile Refuse Cart or one 64-gallon Mobile Refuse Cart or one 96-gallon Mobile Refuse Cart. Residents may request more than 1 (one) Mobile refuse cart. Mobile Refuse Carts shall each have a unique identification number and a Radio Frequency Identification Tag. These a list of I.D. numbers shall be provided to the Borough for each residential unit. This cost shall be included in the quarterly invoice to the Borough BID ITEM NO. 2

  • Description of Funding Techniques 6.2.1 The following are terms under which standard funding techniques shall be implemented for all transfers of funds to which the funding technique is applied in section 6.3.2 of this Agreement. Funding Technique Name Description Actual Clearance, ZBA - ACH The State shall request funds such that they are deposited by ACH in a State account on the settlement date of payments issued by the State. The request shall be made in accordance with the appropriate Federal agency cut-off time specified in Exhibit I. The amount of the request shall be for the amount of funds that clear the State's account on the settlement date. This funding technique is interest neutral. A Federal agency will deposit funds in a State account the same day as requested. The amount of the request shall be for the amount of funds that clear the State's account that day. This funding technique is interest neutral. Average Clearance The State shall request funds such that they are deposited by ACH on the dollar- weighted average day of clearance for the disbursement, in accordance with the clearance pattern specified in Exhibit II. The request shall be made in accordance with the appropriate Federal agency cut-off time specified in Exhibit I. The amount of the request shall be for the exact amount of that disbursement. This funding technique is interest neutral.
