Distribution and Introduction of Agreement. During the orientation of new nurses, the Employer shall provide the Local Unit Chairperson or designee with an opportunity, on release time without pay, to introduce this Agreement to the new nurses. The Employer shall distribute a copy of this Agreement (which shall be provided by the Association to the Employer) to each nurse presently employed and to all newly hired nurses. A cover letter, membership application, payroll deduction card and return envelope supplied by the Association will be attached to the Agreement. The Employer agrees to share the cost of printing the Agreement.

Distribution and Introduction of Agreement. The Hospital will strive to provide the Association with notification of scheduled Nurse orientations at least one month in advance. Nurses at the orientation meeting shall be informed of a mandatory fifteen (15) minute information meeting with the Association Local Unit President, or designee, immediately following the end of the general orientation meeting. The purpose of this meeting shall be to introduce the Association, provide appropriate forms for signature, and for distributing the Agreement. The Association representative shall be on unpaid time and/or on their 15 minute break during this presentation. The Hospital will strive to provide the Association with a list of all new RN hires by noon of the business day prior to orientation.

Related to Distribution and Introduction of Agreement

  • Distribution of Agreement The Employer agrees to make available to each employee a copy of this Agreement and to provide a copy of the same Agreement to all new employees entering the employment of the Employer.

  • Implementation of Agreement Each Party must promptly execute all documents and do all such acts and things as is necessary or desirable to implement and give full effect to the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Reproduction of Agreement Copies of this Agreement shall be printed at the expense of the Board within thirty days after the Agreement is signed and presented to all teachers now employed, hereafter employed, or offered a contract for employment by the Board.   • Application of Agreement If the Company has secured work outside of the County of Cumberland, an employee whom normally works within the County of Cumberland: i) Will be paid at the rates outlined in this agreement if specifically requested by the Company to work on that site. ii) May be offered work at that location at the rates that apply for that area and if applicable, taking into account clause 27, Distant Work. iii) May determine that redundancy would be more appropriate. Where there is any inconsistency between this Agreement and the Parent Award, the Agreement shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

  • Execution of Agreement The HSP represents and warrants that: (a) it has the full power and authority to enter into this Agreement; and (b) it has taken all necessary actions to authorize the execution of this Agreement.

  • Printing and Distribution of Agreement The Medical Center and the Association shall equally share expenses for the printing of an adequate supply of copies of this Agreement. The Medical Center will make available a suitable number of copies of the Agreement on each nursing unit following the Association’s delivery of the printed copies to the Medical Center.

  • Preparation of Agreement This Agreement shall not be construed more strongly against any party regardless of who is responsible for its preparation. The parties acknowledge each contributed and is equally responsible for its preparation.

  • CERTIFICATION OF AGREEMENT In accordance with section 170LT of the Workplace Relations Act 1996, I now certify the attached written agreement. Encouraging entities to purchase directly from the Vendor and not through TIPS Agreement is a violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and will result in removal of the Vendor from the TIPS Program.
