Distribution of Collective Bargaining Agreement. A. The Employer shall provide each bargaining unit employee with an electronic copy of the parties’ Collective Bargaining Agreement on a compact disc or other comparable electronic media. The Employer shall provide the National Office with 150 bound copies of the parties' Collective Bargaining Agreement for distribution among their Chapters.
Distribution of Collective Bargaining Agreement. Subsequent to mutual agreement on the format, copies of this Agreement shall be printed at the shared expense of the parties within sixty (60) days after execution of this Agreement and a copy distributed by the AFT to each unit member now employed. Copies of this agreement shall be available to returning staff in pdf or other appropriate searchable electronic format on the District website as soon as is practicable after the agreement is signed by the Negotiator for the Board and the Negotiator for the Association.

Within thirty (30) days following the ratification of the Collective Bargaining Agreement by the Association and the Board, a copy of the Collective Bargaining Agreement shall be distributed to each employee employed. The Association and the Board shall share the cost of copying or printing.
Distribution of Collective Bargaining Agreement. I. The Union and the Employer shall equally share the cost of typesetting, preparing galley prints, and printing the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Any material placed into the Agreement that is not proofed and initialed by the Employer and the Union shall not be considered a valid part of this Agreement. The number of copies will be mutually determined.
