District Insurance Contribution. The School District shall pay the same “individual coverage” hospitalization, medical and dental premiums for those eligible retired teachers as provided for those employees as identified in Article VI, Section 10, Subd. 1, and as identified in Article VI, Section 13, Subd. 1. (See Appendix for relevant Memorandum of Understanding.) Only those PLSEA members who retired prior to July 1, 2000, and those previously receiving 2- party group hospitalization and medical insurance plan, and dental insurance plans are eligible to receive the 2-party premiums to be paid by the district.
District Insurance Contribution. The District shall contribute for the cost of group health/hospitalization insurance the amount provided teachers in the BEA Master Agreement except the amount shall be prorated on a 215-day contract.
District Insurance Contribution. 28 The District shall provide basic and optional health benefits through the School Employees Benefits 29 Board (SEBB) under the rules and regulations adopted by the SEBB. This information is subject to 30 change by the State and this Section will be construed consistently with SEBB rules, guidance and State 31 laws. Any disputes on SEBB eligibility shall be addressed through the procedures set by the SEBB 32 appeals board not through the grievance procedures of this Agreement. Enrollment for SEBB benefits 33 will be processed through the HCA’s SEBB My Account online portal.

The Employer shall provide the current State funded 30 medical coverage amount per FTE per month or the premium amount toward the mutually approved 31 insurance package for each employee. Employees regularly scheduled less than 1,440 hours (herein 32 "FTE") shall have their benefit prorated on an annualized basis. (Subject to 1980/81 "grandfather") The 33 District shall provide insurance benefits consistent with State law. The unused portion of bargaining unit 34 District insurance contribution monies shall be pooled to supplement employee insurance costs, which 35 exceed the District contribution.
District Insurance Contribution. The Employer shall provide all mandatory and optional insurance benefits through the School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB) under the rules and regulations adopted by the Washington State Health Care Authority and SEBB. Employees interested in SEBB benefits should reach out to the Human Resources Department.
District Insurance Contribution. The District will provide the following insurance contributions towards insurance premiums for eligible employees on a monthly basis: • For the 2023-2024 school year – one thousand five hundred seventy dollars ($1,570.00), a fifty dollar ($50.00) increase over 2022-2023 amount. • For the 2024-2025 school year – one thousand six hundred twenty dollars ($1,620.00), a fifty dollar ($50.00) increase over 2023-2024 amount.
District Insurance Contribution. 31 Effective January 1, 2020, the District shall provide basic and optional benefits through the School 32 Employees Benefits Board (SEBB) under statutes and rules adopted by and/or applicable to the SEBB.
District Insurance Contribution. 25.4.1 2019-2020 Plan Year: The District will contribute a cap of $1,806.40, an increase of 1.94% from the 2018-2019 plan year, toward the medical, vision, prescription and dental insurance premiums for the October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020 plan year.
25.4.2 2020-2021 Plan Year: The District will contribute a cap of 1,862.40, an increase of 3.1% from the 2019-2020 plan year, toward the medical, vision, prescription and dental insurance premiums for the October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021 plan year.
25.4.3 2021-2022 Plan Year: The District will contribute a cap of $1,920.13, an increase of 3.1% from the 2020-2021 plan year, toward the medical, vision, prescription and dental insurance premiums for the October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022 plan year.

Employees 38 regularly scheduled less than 1,440 hours (herein "FTE") shall have their benefit prorated on an 39 annualized basis. (Subject to 1980/81 "grandfather") The District shall provide insurance benefits 40 consistent with State law. The unused portion of bargaining unit District insurance contribution monies 41 shall be pooled to supplement employee insurance costs, which exceed the District contribution. The 42 insurance package costs in excess of the District’s monthly contribution or available insurance pool funds 43 will be deducted by the District from the employee’s monthly salary. 44
District Insurance Contribution. The District will provide the maximum state funded 10 amount shall be for medical, dental, and vision premium costs. The District agrees to automatically 11 implement and update the aforementioned benefit amount funded to and received by the District in 12 accordance with subsequent legislative change. For insurance calculation purposes only, an FTE shall 13 be based and prorated on one (1) FTE equals 1,440 hours worked per year. 15 Section 11.2.1. Health Care Authority (HCA) Carve-Out. The District shall pay the HCA 16 carve-out amount for each employee to a maximum of sixty-five dollars ($65.00). 18 Section 11.3. Any unused District insurance contribution funds generated pursuant to the 19 preceding section shall be pooled and allotted equally on an FTE basis to employees whose benefit 20 levels do not cover the cost of medical premiums. Pool dollars unused by an employee shall go 21 back into the pool and be redistributed. Pooling rounds shall continue until all pool dollars are used 22 to minimize member out of pocket expenses.
