Dues Check-off and Authorization. The employer shall deduct from the wages of employees and remit to the Civil Service Employees Association, Inc., 000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000, regular membership dues, premiums for CSEA-sponsored Accident and Sickness Insurance, Term Life Insurance and Master Plan and/or Permanent Life insurance and other authorized deductions for those employees who have signed the appropriate payroll deductions authorization cards permitting such deduction. The employer agrees to deduct and remit such moneys exclusively for CSEA as the recognized negotiation agent for employees in this unit. Furthermore, CSEA shall have access to its members during work hours for the purpose of familiarizing them with the insurances.
Dues Check-off and Authorization. Upon the written authorization of a teacher, on a form provided by the Association, the Board will deduct from the salary of said teacher such amount for membership dues as the teacher may specify and will transmit said sum to the Association on a bi-monthly basis. AH dues shall be deducted in equal installments beginning with the second pay period. Teachers employed by the Lyndonville Central School system after September may submit their authorization at least two (2) weeks prior to any regularly scheduled pay date and said deduction shall be made for the balance of the scheduled deduction period. The District will be saved harmless for employee claims against the Association resulting from the administration of dues deduction.

(1) The Employer agrees to deduction from the salaries of its employees dues for the Federation as said professional employees individually and voluntarily authorize the Employer to deduct and to transmit the monies promptly to the Faculty Federation. A deduction authorized by an employee shall continue as long as so authorized unless and until such employee notifies the Human Resources Department of the Employer of his desire to discontinue or to change such authorization, in writing, and by registered mail and NFT Metro shall forward a copy of the employee’s notification to the Union. The Employer further agrees to grant to the Union and exclusive payroll deduction of premiums for an employee organization sponsored insurance program. The Union agrees to indemnify and hold NFT Metro harmless from any loss it may incur as a result of such deduction.
