DURATION AND PREVIOUS AGREEMENTS. 20.01 Unless changed by mutual consent in writing, the terms of this Collective Agreement shall continue in effect from January 1, 2004 to December 31, 2006 and shall continue automatically thereafter for annual periods of one year unless either party notifies the other in writing, by registered mail, not more than ninety days from the expiry date of this Agreement, of termination of, or proposed revision of, this Agreement.

DURATION AND PREVIOUS AGREEMENTS. 18.01 This agreement shall be in force and effect from September 25, 2011, to April 30, 2014 and until all provisions of the Ontario Labour Relations Act have been expended. Either party may give the other party notice of renewal and/or amendment of this Collective Agreement at any time within ninety (90) days prior to the expiry of this Collective Agreement. The parties shall meet within fifteen (15) days of such notice being received. The Parties agree to sign the Collective Agreement within thirty (30) days of ratification by the Union. Either Party may request an extension of time to be mutually agreed upon for the purpose of Negotiations or signing of the Collective Agreement.

DURATION AND PREVIOUS AGREEMENTS. 20.1 This Agreement shall commence and come Into full force and effect on February 20, 2018 and shall remain in force until February 19, 2021, and from year to year thereafter unless either party notifies the other not more than one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days prior to the date of expiry, of its intention to modify this Agreement, or until the requirements of Section 89 of the Canada Labour COG - Part I have been met. If notice of desire to modify this Agreement is given as specified above, a meeting shall be held within twenty (20) calendar days for the purpose of negotiations and further meetings shall be held as frequently as possible until settlement is reached or until either party makes application for conciliation.

Each Party acknowledges that the other Party has not made any representations other than those that are expressly contained herein, if any. This Agreement may not be amended or modified in any way, and none of its provisions may be waived, except by a writing signed by an authorized representative of the Party against whom the amendment, modification, or waiver is sought to be enforced. The Project Managers shall not be authorized representatives within the meaning of this Section.

  • Prior Agreements This Agreement supersedes and terminates, as of the date hereof, all prior Agreements between the Fund on behalf of each of the Portfolios and the Custodian relating to the custody of the Fund's assets.
