Eligibility and Amounts. Employees hired prior to July 1, 2002 who made the irrevocable choice of sick leave severance who separate from employment with the District in good standing at any age with at least thirty (30) years of service and four-hundred-eighty (480) or more hours of accrued sick leave shall be paid fifty percent (50%) of their leave balance at their rate of pay on the date of termination of their employment.

Eligibility and Amounts. Employees who voluntarily terminate their employment with the District at any age with at least thirty (30) years of service and 480 or more hours of accrued sick leave shall be paid fifty (50) percent of their sick leave balance at their rate of pay on the date of termination of their employment. • Employees participating in the Minneapolis Employees Retirement Fund (“MERF”) may cash out fifty (50) percent of their accrued sick leave when terminating their employment if they have twenty-nine (29) years of service credit in MERF. • Employees hired after June 30, 2004 will not be eligible for severance under this provision.
Eligibility and Amounts. A retirement stipend shall be made available to Administrators. It shall be the product of the Administrator’s current year salary and the number of years of F-M service (with a maximum of thirty years) and 0.015. A minimum retirement stipend of $15,000 will be paid. Should an Administrator retire in the first year of eligibility (without pension reduction penalty), an additional first year of retirement eligibility incentive $25,000 shall be paid. Retirement age calculation is made by school year (July 1 through June 30). Any mid-year retirement by an Administrator nullifies this entire retirement stipend provision for that Administrator. Notification to retire must be made by the end of the first semester of the school year in which the Administrator retires; or the Administrator loses eligibility for the retirement stipend.
Eligibility and Amounts. 17.1.1 The County agrees to continue to provide a tool allowance fund for the replacement of worn out, broken or stolen hand or small hand-held power tools or the purchase of new hand and/or small hand-held power tools as needed. Non-government schools make similar decisions for students on the basis of the resources available to them; within the meaning of the Corrections Act 1986 (Vic), a prisoner held at a prison, including: Xxxxxxx Correctional Centre (Ararat); Barwon Prison; Beechworth Correctional Centre; Dame Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Centre; Dhurringile Prison; Langi Kal Kal Prison; Loddon Prison Precinct; Marngoneet Correctional Centre; Tarrengower Prison; Metropolitan Remand Centre; Melbourne Assessment Prison; Fulham Correctional Centre; Port Xxxxxxx Prison; or Karrenga Annex; a person who is detained under the Mental Health Act 2014 (Vic), or the Crimes (Mental Impairment and Unfitness to be Tried) Act 1997 (Vic) or the Sentencing Act 1991 (Vic) at the Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Hospital; or a person who is detained (other than on weekend detention) under the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 (Vic) or the Sentencing Act 1991 (Vic) or who is held on remand in one or more of the following youth justice facilities: Malmsbury Youth Justice Centre; Parkville Youth Residential Centre; or Melbourne Youth Justice Centre. The exclusions described in Clauses 2.4(b), (c) and (d) of this Schedule 1 do not apply to: young people on community based orders made under the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 (Vic); or individuals held in Xxxx Xxxxxxx Transition Centre, who, subject to otherwise complying with the requirements in this Clause 2, may be eligible for training subsidised through the Skills First Program as they are able to physically access training outside of a custodial setting without supervision.
