Emergency Transfer. In an emergency as determined by the Administration, an involuntary transfer may be made without prior notification, provided, however, the employee so transferred shall be entitled within three (3) workdays following the transfer to a written explanation for the transfer. Within three (3) workdays following receipt of the written explanation, the transferred employee shall have the right to request in writing that the Superintendent review the transfer.
Emergency Transfer. In the event the dwelling unit is damaged to the extent that conditions are created that are hazardous to the life, health, or safety of the occupants, CMHA shall be responsible for repair of the unit within a reasonable period of time after receiving notice from Tenant. If the damage was caused by Tenant, household members, guests, or any other person under Tenant’s control, the cost of the repairs shall be charged to Tenant.
1) CMHA shall offer to Tenant a replacement dwelling unit, if available, if necessary repairs cannot be made within a reasonable time.
2) Tenant shall accept any replacement unit offered by CMHA.
3) If CMHA determines that the dwelling unit is uninhabitable because of imminent danger to the life, health, and safety of Tenant, and Tenant refuses alternative accommodations, then the Lease shall be terminated, and any rent paid will be refunded to Tenant, on a prorated basis.
Emergency Transfer. A tenant who is a victim of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking may request an emergency transfer in accordance with the PHA’s emergency transfer plan. 24 CFR 5.2005(e). The PHA’s emergency transfer plan must be made available upon request, and incorporate strict confidentiality measures to ensure that the PHA does not disclose a tenant’s dwelling unit location to a person who committed or threatened to commit an act of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking against the tenant; For transfers in which the tenant would not be considered a new applicant, the PHA must ensure that a request for an emergency transfer receives, at a minimum, any applicable additional priority that is already provided to other types of emergency transfer requests. For transfers in which the tenant would be considered a new applicant, the plan must include policies for assisting a tenant with this transfer.
Emergency Transfer. An emergency transfer may take place if a new position is needed immediately. The emergency involuntary transfer shall not extend beyond thirty (30) working days. Before that time expires, Employee Selection Procedures for Vacancies (ARTICLE III, Section 4) shall be followed.
Emergency Transfer. The District can make emergency transfers when a vacancy occurs during a semester or immediately before the beginning of a semester. The District may temporarily place a qualified employee in such vacancy for the remainder of the semester without regard to other transfer requirements of this article.
Emergency Transfer. When an emergency situation exists, an employee may be temporarily transferred by administrative action. When the emergency has ended, the employee shall be returned to their original assignment and job site. Thereafter, the vacancy shall be filled permanently in accordance with the provisions of this Article. A temporary assignment hereunder shall not last beyond six (6) months or the end of the fiscal year, whichever comes earlier. In cases where such emergency transfer causes undue hardship to the employee, the District shall meet with the employee and CSEA as soon as practicable within five (5) working days of a request to meet.
Emergency Transfer. A. Teachers who are transferred on an emergency basis shall have thesame rights specified in Section 37.3C and Section 37.3E and shall have the opportunity to exercise those rights after in-building transfers but prior to either voluntary or involuntary transfers or reassignments.
B. Teachers who are subject to emergency transfer shall beprovided reasonable transition time.
C. The Executive Director of Human Resources has the discretion to pay for packing in an emergency transfer per the hours and rate in Article 41.

Emergency Transfer. The Superintendent or designee may change a teacher's assignment through July 15 for staffing purposes related to enrollment or instructional needs. Teachers assigned to a specific student, may receive another assignment within his/her area of licensure and endorsements should this student leave the school after July 15.
