All prospective employees are required to complete and sign an application for employment, providing truthful information regarding prior employment, educational background, criminal history, financial status, etc. PCG conducts background and/or reference checks to verify the information provided. False or misleading information on an application will disqualify a candidate, or, if the information is discovered after hire, may result in immediate termination during the employee’s probationary period. Furthermore, PCG performs a Level 1 background check on every new employee. PCG is an equal opportunity employer. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, (ADA), PCG is committed to ensuring equal opportunity in employment for qualified persons with disabilities.
