Establishment of Working Group. 1. Pursuant to Article 2.16.3(c), the Parties hereby establish a working group under the auspices of the Committee on Trade in Goods, comprising relevant and competent officials of each Party, to conduct consultations on matters related to non-tariff measures.
Establishment of Working Group. The JSC shall establish, and to the extent it deems appropriate, delegate duties to a working group to plan and coordinate particular projects or activities (the “Working Group”), including but not limited to: (i) plan and coordinate the conduct of the development activities and regulatory matters for the Products within the Territory, (ii) coordinate the manufacturing and supply of the Products for use or sale within the Territory or as otherwise contemplated in Article 9, and (iii) coordinate the conduct of the commercialization, marketing and promotion activities for the Products in the Territory and to plan and coordinate any joint promotion activities in the United States, if applicable. The Working Group and its activities shall be subject to the oversight, review and approval of, and shall report to, the JSC. The Working Group shall be composed of an equal number of representatives from each Party, selected by such Party, and the total number of members of the Working Group will be determined by the JSC, but in no event shall be less than three (3) representatives from each Party. The Working Group shall meet at such times as directed by the JSC or more frequently as determined by the Working Group, but in no event less than once each calendar quarter. The Working Group meetings may be conducted by telephone, video-conference or in-person as determined by the Working Group; provided, however, that the Working Group shall meet in-person at least once each calendar quarter and, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, all in-person meetings of the Working Group shall be held on an alternating basis between La Jolla’s facilities and BioMarin CF’s facilities, in each event except as unanimously agreed by the JSC. In no event shall the authority of the Working Group exceed that specifically delegated to it by the JSC. The Working Group may establish subordinate committees to oversee or handle different aspects of the Working Group’s responsibilities.
Establishment of Working Group. 1. The Parties intend to publish and distribute a request for qualifications (RFQ) and a request for proposals (RFP) in compliance with Neb. Rev. Stat. § 71-809 and Neb. Admin. R. & Regs. Tit. 206, Ch.3, § 003, as needed to ensure that a service provider is in place throughout the term of this Agreement to operate a Youth and Family Crisis Response Center.

  • Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:

  • Development Services During the term of this Agreement, the Provider agrees to provide to or on behalf of the Port the professional services and related items described in Exhibit A (collectively, the “Development Services”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Provider specifically agrees to include at least one Port representative in any economic development negotiations or discussions in which the Provider is involved concerning (i) a port-related business prospect or (ii) a business transaction which will ultimately require Port involvement, financial or otherwise.

  • Development Plan document specifying the work program, schedule, and relevant investments required for the Development and the Production of a Discovery or set of Discoveries of Oil and Gas in the Contract Area, including its abandonment.

  • Project Plan Development of Project Plan Upon the Authorized User’s request, the Contractor must develop a Project Plan. This Project Plan may include Implementation personnel, installation timeframes, escalation procedures and an acceptance plan as appropriate for the Services requested. Specific requirements of the plan will be defined in the RFQ. In response to the RFQ, the Contractor must agree to furnish all labor and supervision necessary to successfully perform Services procured from this Lot. Project Plan Document The Contractor will provide to the Authorized User, a Project Plan that may contain the following items: • Name of the Project Manager, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • Names of the Project Team Members, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • A list of Implementation milestones based on the Authorized User’s desired installation date; • A list of responsibilities of the Authorized User during system Implementation; • A list of designated Contractor Authorized Personnel; • Escalation procedures including management personnel contact numbers; • Full and complete documentation of all Implementation work; • Samples of knowledge transfer documentation; and • When applicable, a list of all materials and supplies required to complete the Implementation described in the RFQ. Materials and Supplies Required to Complete Implementation In the event that there are items required to complete an Implementation, the Contractor may request the items be added to its Contract if the items meet the scope of the Contract. Negotiation of Final Project Plan If the Authorized User chooses to require a full Project Plan, the State further reserves the right for Authorized Users to negotiate the final Project Plan with the apparent RFQ awardee. Such negotiation must not substantively change the scope of the RFQ plan, but can alter timeframes or other incidental factors of the final Project Plan. The Authorized User will provide the Contractor a minimum of five (5) business days’ notice of the final negotiation date. The Authorized User reserves the right to move to the next responsible and responsive bidder if Contractor negotiations are unsuccessful.

  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Project Team To accomplish Owner’s objectives, Owner intends to employ a team concept in connection with the construction of the Project. The basic roles and general responsibilities of team members are set forth in general terms below but are more fully set forth in the Design Professional Contract with respect to the Design Professional, in the Program Management Agreement with any Program Manager, and in this Contract with respect to the Contractor.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.
