EVALUATION OF BID. 25.1 The Norwegian Refugee Council shall examine the legal documentation and other information submitted by Bidders to verify eligibility, and then will review and score bids according to the following criteria;
a) Quality of the product according required specifications. NRC evaluates samples for testing
b) Price in comparison to NRC established rate
c) Overall timeframe for the delivery of the requested goods
d) Demonstrated excellence in service, support and warranties
e) Thoroughness of quotation preparation
f) Quality, reputation and performance of supplier
g) Adherence to Ethic, environmental, anti-corruption NRC policies
h) Earlier experiences related to the service required under this contract. Supplier must provide documentation to prove relevant experience (contracts, certificates of completion etc.)
25.2 NRC reserves the right to make an award based solely on the quotations received, to modify the requirements prior to awarding, or to negotiate further with one or more suppliers. NRC reserves the right to award a contract to the supplier who, in their sole opinion, provides the best combination of cost and quality benefits.
25.3 Anti-money laundering, anti-bribery, anti-corruption and anti-terrorism legislation applicable in some jurisdictions may require NRC to verify the identity of the bidder prior to financial transactions. NRC reserves the right to use online screening tools to check the bidder’s record with regards to their possible involvement in illegal or unethical practices.
25.4 The Norwegian Refugee Council reserves the right to reject all bids, and re-tender if no satisfactory bids are submitted
EVALUATION OF BID. 1. IIT Bombay evaluate technical and commercial acceptable offers on landed net Price basis.
2. In case any BIDDER is silent on any clauses mentioned in this tender documents, IIT Bombay shall construe that the BIDDER has accepted the clauses as per the invitation to tender and no further claim will be entertained.
3. No revision in the terms and conditions quoted in the offer will be entertained after the last date and time fixed for receipt of tenders.
4. Qualified bidders have to submit samples for inspection.
EVALUATION OF BID. The evaluation and assessment for the selection of the Bidder(s) shall be based on the Bid Variable i.e. the rate of License Fee quoted by the Bidders. The Eligible Bidder, quoting the highest rate of License fee per sqm per month, shall be declared the highest and his offer shall be evaluated and assessed by DMRC.
EVALUATION OF BID. 25.1 The Amel Association International shall examine the legal documentation and other information submitted by Bidders to verify eligibility, and then will review and score bids according to the following criteria;
a) Completion and inclusion of requested information and supporting documents (Administrative compliance)
b) Price in comparison to the lowest price (Financial evaluation) 70%
c) Technical capacity of supplier to provide requested services (Technical evaluation) 20%
d) Previous experiences in similar works 10%
25.2 In case of two service providers being scored the same in the evaluation, the one with the highest technical ranking will be awarded the contract
25.3 Anti-money laundering, anti-bribery, anti-corruption and anti-terrorism legislation applicable in some jurisdictions may require AMEL to verify the identity of the bidder prior to financial transactions. AMEL reserves the right to use online screening tools to check the bidder’s record with regards to their possible involvement in illegal or unethical practices.
25.4 The Amel Association International reserves the right to reject all bids, and re-tender if no satisfactory bids are submitted
EVALUATION OF BID. 21.1 The Employer will, keeping in view the contents of Clause 2.0 & 8.0 of ITB, carry out technical evaluation of submitted technical proposals to determine that the Bidder has a full comprehension of the work of the contract. Where a Xxxxxx's technical submittal has a major inadequacy, his Bid will be considered to be non-compliant and will be rejected.
21.2 All technically acceptable Bids will be eligible for consideration of their financial proposals. The Firms who get technically qualified will be intimated by the Jaipur Metro Rail Corporation. The financial proposal shall be evaluated to determine the lowest Bidder/ bidder.
21.3 The evaluation of financial proposals by the Employer / Engineer will take into account, in addition to the Bid amounts, the following factors:
a. Arithmetical errors corrected by the Employer/Engineer in accordance with Clause 22.0
b. Such other factors of administrative nature as the Employer/Engineer may consider having a potentially significant impact on contract execution, price and payments, including the effect or items or unit rates that are unbalanced or unrealistically priced.
21.4 a) Offers, deviations and other factors, which are in excess of the requirements of the Bid documents or otherwise will result in the accrual of unsolicited benefits to the Employer, shall not be taken into account bin Bid evaluation.

EVALUATION OF BID. 1.2.1 Where more than one line item is specified in the solicitation, the County reserves the right to determine the lowest responsible bidder, either on the basis of individual items, groups of Items or on the basis of all items included in its solicitation, unless otherwise expressly provided.
1.2.2 Unless otherwise specified in the solicitation, the County may accept any item or group of items of any bid unless the bidder expressly objects and conditions its response on receiving all items for which it provided a bid. In the event that the bidder so objects , the County may consider the bidder’ s objection and evaluate whether the award on such basis will result in the lowest price to the County or may determine in its sole discretion that such an objection is non-responsive and renders the bidder ineligible for award.
1.2.3 All other criteria to be used in evaluating bids will be identified elsewhere in the solicitation.
1.2.4 The County reserves the right to waive any minor bid informalities or irregularities received which do not go to the heart of the bid or prejudice other bidders. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids submitted. Conditional bids or bids which take exception(s) to the specifications may be considered non-responsive and may be rejected.
