Warranty Replacement. Patriot Mobile does not manufacture devices and does not provide a device warranty. Before purchasing any device, we recommend understanding what warranty coverage (if any) applies from the manufacturer. We also recommend purchasing supplemental insurance for damage and loss. Patriot Mobile may periodically offer certified pre-owned or ‘open box’ devices with a limited warranty (“Patriot Care”). Contact Patriot Mobile for more details. Patriot Care is not sold in the following states: California, Florida, and Washington. You are required to pay, by the due date indicated on each invoice, all charges for Services provided for the Number for each device or other equipment that our records show you activated, regardless of who uses or has possession of the device or other equipment during the provision of Services. Examples of these charges include: • recurring monthly Service charges, • usage charges (voice, text, data, and domestic and international), • connection fees, • miscellaneous charges, • optional features you select at an extra cost, and • taxes and other surcharges. Charges for a call placed to or from your Number begin when you press SEND (or similar key) and end when the call is terminated. To ensure the call is terminated, you must press END (or a similar key). Charges for voice Services are incurred in one-minute increments, and partial minutes of use are rounded up to the next highest minute. Data and MMS/SMS usage is measured in bytes, kilobytes, megabytes, and gigabytes. Bytes are rounded up to the next highest KB so you will be charged at least 1 KB for each data usage session (“Data Session”). Rounding occurs at the end of each Data Session, and at intermittent collection points during a Data Session. Depending on your Data Service, usage may be charged against an allowance or on a fixed price per KB, and you may be subject to limitations on the amount of data usage. When you are charged a fixed price per KB, fractional cents will be rounded up to the next cent. Billing cycles are approximately 30 days in length. Billing cycles and dates may change from time to time. Unless we state otherwise in your Service Plan, monthly Plan Charges are invoiced one billing cycle in advance. Nevertheless, we may invoice you for usage and charges occurring before the current billing cycle if we did not previously invoice you for them. Warranty Replacement. If any Product is found to breach the warranty specified in Section 10.1 during the Warranty Period, Roxio may return, or direct its Customer to return, the Product to Adaptec, and Adaptec shall, at Adaptec's option and expense, promptly (a) replace such defective Product and return the replacement unit to Roxio, or (b) refund or credit to Roxio the Service Fee paid for the defective Product. The foregoing shall constitute Roxio's sole remedy and Adaptec's sole obligation with respect to any breach of warranty under this Agreement.
Warranty Replacement. Warranty covers Equipment purchased from CommsFM where the Customer chose not to take Maintenance for the Equipment. Warranty replacement will work as follows:- • Valid for one year from the date of purchase • CommsFM and the Customer will work to diagnose suspected Faulty Equipment (potentially at the Customer’s cost). • The Customer returns Faulty Equipment to CommsFM (at the Customer’s cost). • CommsFM returns the Faulty Equipment to the manufacturer (at CommsFM’s cost) • Once repaired or replaced, CommsFM returns the Equipment to the Customer (at CommsFM’s cost). • Please note this may mean the Customer is without the Equipment for up to four weeks. • Upon expiry of the warranty, should the hardware develop a fault, then the Customer may require Chargeable repair work or the purchase of new Equipment.

Warranty Replacement. 4.1 In the event U.S. ROBOTICS Technical Support or its authorised U.S. ROBOTICS Service Centre determines the product or part has a malfunction or failure attributable directly to faulty workmanship and/or materials; and the product is within the TWO (2) YEAR warranty term; and the CUSTOMER will include a copy of the dated Proof of Purchase (original purchase receipt from U.S. ROBOTICS or its authorised reseller) with the product or part with the returned product or part, then U.S. ROBOTICS will issue CUSTOMER a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) and instructions for the return of the product to the authorised U.S. ROBOTICS Drop Zone. 4.2 Any product or part returned to U.S. ROBOTICS without an RMA issued by U.S. ROBOTICS or its authorised U.S. ROBOTICS Service Centre will be returned. 4.3 CUSTOMER agrees to pay shipping charges to return the product or part to the authorised U.S. ROBOTICS Return Centre; to insure the product or assume the risk of loss or damage which may occur in transit; and to use a shipping container equivalent to the original packaging. 4.4 Responsibility for loss or damage does not transfer to U.S. ROBOTICS until the returned product or part is received as an authorised return at an authorised U.S. ROBOTICS Return Centre. 4.5 Authorised CUSTOMER returns will be unpacked, visually inspected, and matched to the Product Model Number and Product Serial Number for which the RMA was authorised. The enclosed Proof of Purchase will be inspected for date of purchase and place of purchase. U.S. ROBOTICS may deny warranty service if visual inspection of the returned product or part does not match the CUSTOMER supplied information for which the RMA was issued. 4.6 Once a CUSTOMER return has been unpacked, visually inspected, and tested U.S. ROBOTICS will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace, using new or reconditioned product or parts, to whatever extent it deems necessary to restore the product or part to operating condition. 4.7 U.S. ROBOTICS will make reasonable effort to ship repaired or replaced product or part to CUSTOMER, at U.S. ROBOTICS expense, not later than TWENTY ONE (21) DAYS after U.S. ROBOTICS receives the authorised CUSTOMER return at an authorised U.S. ROBOTICS Return Centre. 4.8 U.S. ROBOTICS shall not be liable for any damages caused by delay in delivering or furnishing repaired or replaced product or part.
